10/10Not only as a jazz fan, but also as a guest whose portion is spontaneously doubled by the chef of the house because he thinks the fillet on my plate is too small, I am delighted with the Patelli. Attentive, discreet service, extremely tasty interpretations of Italian cuisine classics and an unmistakable ambience make a stay here an unforgettable experience. And what other restaurant in Italy can boast a signed portrait of the Art Ensemble of Chicago?

5.5/10We sat outside which nowadays is best but our dinner was constantly interrupted by street peddlers and musicians. The food was good but not great. House wines were terrible but the dessert wines are great. The staff was friendly.

8/10The restaurant prides itself to serve authentic, fresh food. Whilst many restaurants in the area unsuccessfully claim to do the same, Patelli truly do deliver. The first page of the menu explains how they source their meats and cheeses, and prepare their own pasta. The dishes were served at perfect temperature, they were delicious (not all consistently but that’s to be expected and varies according to one’s likes and dislikes) and service was courteous and unobtrusive. The pasta was extraordinary. Highly recommend.
