10/10For me one of the best restaurants in Salento. I have been there several times in the past year and this time. Quality of food, attention of service, ambiance was each time excellent. Tried several dishes and each was top. If regarding the quality of ingredients preparation and presentation. Attentive staff, an excellent Chef. The roof top restaurant with the sea view is beautiful. Good wine list and also very good wines by the glass. Prices are absolutely normal and correct. With the discount a real bargain. As I also go there alone there is no discount applicable but I went nevertheless as I prefer to have a good meal in perfect presentation, than a cheap one which leaves me unsatisfied of taste or quality. I highly recommend to visit Perla Saracena. Also as a hotel it seems to be wonderful. Parking no problem.

10/10We had already dinner last year in this extraordinary restaurant of Hotel La Perla Saracena. The location Is breathtaking, the service attentive without being intrusive. The menu is even more sophisticated this year and so is the preparation. We were absolutely delighted with every course. Prices are reasonable even without the discount which, of course, makes it even more attractive. I, as a lover of crudo, was more than happy. I will go there again and try other dishes. As a starter: carpaccio of gamberi rossi crudo with Alice cantabrico and stracciatella. The risotto was delicious and so was the pasta carbonara with seafood. We can recommend for small, medium and big appetite (portions are big, by the way). A special thanks to the Chef who has trained an excellent staff. We are looking forward to our next visit

10/10Amazing experience. We booked already our second time at this place. Sophisticated menu, good service and very nice location. Perfect for all occasions. Terrasse is very nice even during the day for lunch. Offers a tranquil and pleasant location to enjoy local food and company.

10/10+2For sure one of the best restaurants in our 4 weeks holidays in Salento. Uno dei migliori ristoranti che ho trovato in Salento. The waitresses are knowledgeable, in food and wine, very attentive and kind. The location is absolutely stunning! The Chef Luca has a great team and all we had I would consider high class. I am a gourmet and world traveller and dare so to say. A very nice wine list and the menue offers for each taste excellent dishes.. abundant portions! My crudo was a dream, the risotto out of the world. See the pics also of the tuna tataki and the deserts. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !

10/10Open terrace with sunset and lights afterwards. Excellent cooking, portions adequate, friendly service with good advice on choice of servings and wine. Price in line with quality. Would definitely come back, highly recommended. 10/10

10/10Perla Saracena is a brand new restaurant located in a brand new hotel. Both the restaurant and the hotel are designed beautifully in a chic contemporary Italian style. Our dinner was the best dinner that we've had so far in Italy. I had the steak and a mixed salad and my steak was a high quality steak and cooked perfectly. (FYI -in Italy they don't ask how you want your steak cooked and they cook them medium-rare to rare. Just thought I'd mention in case people like their steaks cooked more.) My husband had the poached egg for his first course and tuna tartare on top of cheese ravioli. Both dishes were delicious. However, the most delicious part of the meal was our desserts. We shared the chocolate and hazelnut ice cream and the chocolate tart which reminded us of a chocolate lava cake. The bottle of wine that the manager recommended was the perfect pairing for our fantastic dinner. After our dinner the manager showed us the rooftop terrace and pool, and even though it was dark out, the view was still beautiful with all the lights. They have an outdoor function area that would be perfect for parties or weddings. The hotel offers both villas and apartments and one of them has its own private pool. I would love to stay here one day!
