They have some seafood on the menu- a rare find in Parma. They are also open on Sunday- another plus as many restaurants are closed. The restaurant is accessed through the driveway of their private parking lot. It is about a 10 minute walk from the Hotel Torino where we were staying. Loved it!!!

I chose one of the prix fixe options and loved it. Even the bread basket was interesting. Nice touch adding the chunks of Parmesan at the beginning too. I was dining alone and it wasn't an issue. I also paid about the same price for a bottle of wine here that I did for a glass the night before in Milano.

We were looking for a place for dinner that we could walk to from our hotel. Found this place online and decided to try it. The food was very good and our server friendly. The wine prices were reasonable and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening. We shared 3 different courses and had plenty of food. The dishes came out a little too quick for our liking but overall, we had a good experience.

I have been at least 6 times to this restaurant and also to the previous place run by the same people. Always a good meal with good wine and excellent service. The fish cooking stands out but there you also eat good meat and traditional Parma dishes,

A lot of raw food on the menu. Vegetable strudel and fish were great. Chopped raw shrimp was not expected.

Service and food are outstanding. The location and setting were slightly challenging in that we had a difficult time locating the venue… and once we did, it was small and unassuming. But the food! And the service! Definitely worth the trip!

Great food and service. The ambiance left some room for improvement but the food more than made up for that. Every choice we made was delicious and cooked to perfection. Make a reservation as the locals are definitely aware of how good this restaurant is.

This restaurant is away from the historic centre of Parma and is near the station. It is well worth searching it out. The menu was an excellent mix of traditional and innovative. The food quality was superb and the service very attentive. We had a memorable meal and evening.

This is a wonderful restaurant. Hard to find, but worth the effort. The food is delicious, expertly presented,and the service is top notch. Lots of local dishes give a real feel of the area. Would return there in a minute.

A little hidden in Parma but worth finding the place in the backyard of a street off the beaten track. Very nice food, nice wines, and very nice service. Enjoyed myself at Perlage very much.

From the welcoming glass of prosecco to the final perfect espresso this was a fantastic lunch! Everything was delicious - I had parmigiano and prosciutto to start, sliced duck breast as a main and chocolate fondant pudding with pear and grappa sorbet. There was a fabulous selection of bread, the wine was excellent and the added touches of morsels of salami on arrival and assorted sweeties with coffee made the whole experience special. Service was warm and swift and the final bill wonderfully reasonable. What’s not to love?!
