Extremely disappointing experience, especially given the price point (€97 for one person). I ordered a bistecca alla fiorentina, clearly requesting a small, thick cut cooked as rare/blue as possible. What I received was a medium-rare, overly fatty and poor-quality piece of meat that lacked both proper preparation and care. What made this more frustrating was seeing a neighbouring table served a visibly superior steak, cooked correctly and of much better quality, suggesting inconsistency in both standards and attention to guests. The overall experience was further diminished by an uncomfortable dining environment, and a simple request to change tables was refused. For a restaurant that prides itself on its steak, this was a complete failure and very poor value.

The steak was excellent, but the starter tomato brusketi - not so good. The onion soup was very tasty as well. We chose the "Perseus" wine and it did not met our expectations. With one desert to share the total bill for 2 persons was 150 euro, half of it was the steak.

Perseus was recommended by a Venetian friend ( I live in California) for my family and I for traditional Gkorentine steak. Not only was I NOT disappointed, but the steak was extraordinary!!! Such unique flavor. All the side dishes and appetizers were amazing too. The panna cotta topped with berries was to die for. We enjoyed the meal immensely and would highly recommend without hesitation.

The food was poor and inconsistent as we ate there two times. I refused to pay for the grilled vegetables that were from another century. The waiters were rude and I would never go back

Amazing authentic tuscan restaurant, with great interior, service and most importantly, delicious food! We tried ribollita and filetto di manzo - it was fantastic!

We sat outside on a beautiful night in Florence. Came on the recommendations of others and the food was excellent as was the wine. We had beef filet and roasted vegetables and French fries (which were more like potato chips) which were all very tasty. I thought the service was a little disorganized and slower than it should have been but overall I would still recommend this to others.

The Florentine steak was amazing, as were the roasted potatoes. Order your wine and entire meal all at once and sit back and enjoy. One of our favorite meals in Florence. Lovely ambience and friendly staff.

Service was pretty bad. Also it's not my task as a tour guide who brings 15 people to the restaurant to split the bill and do the waiters job. Of course no free meal either for the guide.

Food was very good. We both had the fillet steak which was very tender and full of taste. Staff were friendly and very helpful in translating the menu and advising us. Overall quality of service very good.

Delicious lamb chops and old nudie pixs in the bathrooms. Kitsch decor and a/c in the back room. Local restaurant so menu only in English, but waiters speak English.

Although, it is a very cute restaurant, the service was not very pleasant. We felt rushed to order, we had only been looking at the menu for 5 minutes. I asked our server if they had a menu in English, he said no… not a problem. He offered to give us a couple of choices based on our likes, which was fine, but only offered two options. I would’ve preferred a little more to choose from. But, went ahead and ordered based on the options given. The food was good, but not great. Maybe it didn’t taste as good because of the service. I’m not generally too picky, but it was not an experience I’d like to have again.
