We booked a NYE menu and were greatly disappointed. The food was at best average, The service abysmal with starters all arriving at the same time and main courses cold, old plates not collected, it was complete shambles. In the end we left half way through the main course as did not wish to put up with that vibe any longer. Very disappointing.

perfect scenary, slow service, starters weren t served at the same time, fish was too well cooked. 5 minutes less would have been perfect. waiters did not pay any attention. slightly disappointing

We spent a very special night in Pharmacia. The view, the building, the decoration, the food and drinks, all of this is part of the good vibe. We loved it!

Perfect food, but at the moment of our visit, the restaurant was completely hired by a company for an event. Only on the terrace were a few places available for guests. We had reserved weeks in front of our visit, but were not informed about the event. The company who had hired the restaurant had a drink on the terrace, which gives a lot of noise and rumour, the waiting times became longer...

One of the best meals I had in Lisbon. Service was incredible and loved the ambience.

Lovely restaurant ambience and view but hard to find and the food was not good . My dish was so full of garlic thy I could t eat it. My husband’s was bland and not exciting. Very expensive too.

The service was friendly and efficient with a good welcome. The actual restaurant building and the location were really impressive. Our starters were very good. The main course of steak and fries was really disappointing. The steak had been cut into small pieces as you might do for a stir fry. It was fried and too well done for me. This was probably because it was sliced too thinly. The presentation was very basic with a plate with a small amount of steak pieces and another plate of fries which were not very crisp or appealing. The menu suggested that the food would be special. Not so I’m afraid.

The staff was very flexible about seating us where we were most comfortable. The ambiance was beautiful and the food / drinks were exemplary - some of the best we’ve had, and at good prices. highly recommend!

This restaurant is the perfect spot. You get a bit of The ocean, and a lot of good people Watching. We loved sitting on the patio and watching the sunset.

Our evening began with drinks & an appetizer outside. When we finished, we were brought to our table in a beautiful dining room decorated with vintage cabinets, mirrors, fun wallpaper and chandeliers. Our server explained that the dishes are small plates, meant for sharing. We ordered two to start: the roasted cod loin and the braised pork cheeks. They were the largest small plates we had ever seen! And they were also two of the most delicious plates of food we had ever eaten. The entire dining experience was superb.

We werequite surprised when we asked for the menu that the waiter gave each of us a A big plastic paper instead with lots of information about this pharmacy restaurant, TWO pages long in fine print. We said we were tired and hungry and had no interest in their elaborate information. Instead we asked again for the menu. The waiter seemed not amused and turned around rather upset or so it seemed. After that incident the evening never became nice. We ate a little bit and left unsatisfied. We do not wonder what their point is, we are guests and visit a restaurant for food. What we ate, you are obliged to share each dish (?) was ok.

The atmosphere and decoration are really nice. However, the food was really a bad experience. The “ovos à algarvia” were way past their cooking point where the fries were almost black but not cooked inside. The white wine was not served at the table, was at room temperature instead of cold and tasted like the bottle was open for many days. The “bochechas de porco” tasted a lot like tomato sauce and did not have the normal tenderness. The octopus was decent.

Very kind staff and the food was beyond good! Kind of different serving style brings more enjoyable and moodchilling experience. I can only recommend this place and I will surely visit this place in the future.
