We booked through thefork booking a table at Pho Ardoise after reading positive reviews. The food & service was great and we only had a main meal and a beer and that was plentiful. We were so impressed with our meals we are returning again tonight. It was so easy to find we are staying in Montreux near the casino and jumped on bus 201, get off at the stop Veytaux, Bonivard and walk not even a minute back and your there. A quick bus ride, an easy as destination.

Food was really good! A bit long for the food to be delivered, but the owner (really kind) informed us there had been a problem, then solved, apologizing. I recommend!

We had a lovely Sunday lunch at Pho Ardoise. We ordered both spring and summer rolls and everyone at the table was happy, especially with the spring rolls which were cooked perfectly and delicious. Two of our group had the crispy pork and said they would definitely order it again. One had the duck, which was an incredibly small portion and not very inspiring. I had the Pho Ardoise and was extremely happy and satisfied. We will definitely go back.

Very authentic Vietnamese restaurant close to Chateau de Chillon - great quality of food with fresh ingredients, very nice service and fair price. Highly recommend.
