Ravioli al gambero were overcooked. Portions were very very small. Even though we had a primo and secondo piatto, we had to ask for an extra portion of bread to fill our tummies (and my wife is not a big eater). The restaurant is very noisy. Not worth the money spent.

We arrived and the restaurant did not recognise our booking, and got turned away!

First, our table was squeezed in by a door. (Yes they try to maximize the number of diners. And it was busy when we got there.) Our food wasn’t very good. One dish (a shrimp ravioli) didn’t taste like shrimp but had a strong old-fish taste. Other dish just wasn’t as good as similar dishes we’ve had this week. The wine was good, though.

We made a reservation at this restaurant for New Year's Day as a last resort during our layover, and it was a disappointing experience. The staff were rude and dismissive, making us feel unwelcome. It took 20 minutes for the manager to take our order, and when he did, he barely acknowledged us. The food was mediocre and uninspired. After finishing, the waitress simply told us, "You're done! You can pay over there." with no offer of dessert/coffee or any attempt to engage us further. While we understand the challenges of over-tourism, the poor treatment we received was disgusting.

Perfect service and ambience and AMAZING FOOD. I had a wonderful time with my family enjoying a fabulous lunch. We had the meat platter and a selection of pasta. The chocolate cakes is a highlight!

the employee didn't know at the beginning that we had a reservation. that's why they didn't even count a discount. disgusting food. goulash? half a raw potato with a few pieces of meat. awful!! the staff couldn't understand that we wanted a bottle of wine. we got one glass of wine!! nightmare!! worst food ever!!

Excellent food and sizeable portions. We enjoyed really good service, had a nice table and liked the place a lot. In a touristy spot, but a very traditional place that we enjoyed.

Food was very good but the portions were big. Not what you expect. It was also so hot and they had the doors open so we sweat the whole time we ate

Outdated? I think you will find far better «Trattorias» in Bologna. The service, food and atmosphere is more like a student cafe, and when you think of it like that, the food snd service is ok.

Amazing location. Take fireworks with you to get the attention from the people working there.

I liked the room, the lively crowd and the attentive waiters. The food was just ok but just ok in Bologna is very good! I had the tortellinii and the creme brulee..

Really great food and waiters. Had a really nice chat with one of them. The food was really tasty and came quickly. Nice place aswell and close to the center. Will be back if I come back to Bologna.
