My date had expressed the desire to eat Italian so I looked for something "authentically Italian" around me (tbh my main criteria was to check that there was at least a positive review on Tripadvisor... written by an actual Italian person). I am quite pleased with my choice, in the end.

Alcachofas en salsa de parmasan very good. Chicken breast in a plum and gorganzola sauce excellent. My partner had filete migon again very tasty. Finished with a rich tiramusu. Highly recommended.

The food, the wine and the service was perfection. Everything was beyond and the service by Grace was amazing. She made the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. Good food can be amazing but when you combine great service it’s a 5 star all around. Thank you Grace for making our dining so memorable

Delicious, innovative, authentic Italian dining. And lots of variety! I’ve eaten at Italian restaurants around the world and this is definitely one of the best. Owner, Luca, and his entire staff are very welcoming and professional. A little off the beaten track but well worth the effort to get there. Highly recommend.

The food was fabulous and our server was great. He steered us away from ordering more than we could eat and made some suggestions that were perfect. It was really good food and a great experience.

Every year when visiting Barcelona we go to Piazze D'Italia at least twice. The food choices leaves wanting to try a different dish each time. The food is delicious!

The food is excellent! The ambiance is light and airy, not like some restaurants where you feel cramped. The people all smile and seem to enjoy their work!

We are in Spain for the first time, yet we wound up eating here 2 times in 4 days. Luca’s restaurant is amazing! Outstanding food, unbelievable personalized service and the prices are far too low for the quality. I only wish we had this restaurant in our California hometown.

Might have been the best Italian food I’ve ever had, including my trips to Italy. Service was amazing, food was so good you could cry. Nice selection of outstanding Italian wines at reasonable prices. Luka’s recommendations were spot on perfect. Hard to believe that in Spain, I will likely return for more.

We really enjoyed our meal. The food and the staff were equally amazing! This was our last night of our Spain trip and I can’t think of a better place to enjoy it. Highly recommend!

Lucca welcomed us with a s.ila and homemade limoncello. The pizza and bolognese were some of the best we've had, and we've had plenty. The grappa was a real nice touch as well. Six stars out of five!

Portions a bit small but good food.

Limited side dishes and disappointingly the burger came out having not been left to stand, so all juices that were released just made the bun soggy. Steak was ok, but not great.

The food is exceptional - clearly made from the freshest ingredients. My whole family loved it! We had pizzas, pastas and salads and all were delicious.

Low quality food, poor service, woeful cutlery couldn’t even cut pizza and overcharged on bill. When additional drinks on bill were challenged the staff knew immediately so I don’t think this was an error but a deliberate attempt to increase profits via tourists who don’t check before paying.

Superb authentic pizza, good produce, lovely service, good wine choices. Highly recommend the truffled pastas as well as the tiramisu. I will go back in a heartbeat!

Amazing restaurant ! I’ve been there several times ! Service, food, ambience, everything is great ! I strongly recommend the Pizza that is made with natural fermentation, so, you will not fell “full” at the end. For me, the best Italian restaurant in Barcelona !
