4.5/10Owner/manager without an idea of customer service. Staff that needs to be trained in the basics. Bottles of white wine not cold enough without cooler, just put on the table. Staff is not trained to look the guests in the eyes, present wine, refill glasses. Owner doesn‘t want to listen to clients, instead tells them to listen to him.
