2/10If you have ever been to Brazil and you tried Picanha in a good place, you'll feel insulted by what they serve you as Picanha here. I admit that it's some years ago the last time I was at this place, but it used to serve a decent Picanha (for Portuguese standards). The management must have changed. This place is now a scam. Unfortunately, the lack of quality does not apply only to the Picanha, as we also ordered a Beef Chorizo which was terrible and served with... pasta with cream cheese. The service was also very bad. Surreal experience. Never again.

5.5/10This was the most expensive meal we have had in Portugal in 3 weeks, and yet definitely wasn't the nicest. The picanha was tasty but was served swimming in juices, sloppy and wet, the baked potatoes where small and hard, and there where extra charges for eveything which felt greedy and disappointing. Sad as we eat here 25 years ago and it was amazing.

6/10Was our favourite restaurant 20 yrs ago during regular professional visits to Lisbon. Not nearly as good on recent visit. Missing key ingredients of picanha (black beans, rice, sour cream) and the beef was not nearly as tender or thinly sliced

8/10The venue was quiet, but the staff were friendly and welcoming and we liked the ambience of the blue and white traditional tiled walls. Menu choices were a little limited though walking by earlier at lunchtime there were many ’pratos da dia‘ - specials - on a blackboard at very good prices. The baked cod with spinach and potatoes was tasty but be careful of bones. Wine choices were also good, though I only spotted one half-bottle size, a very decent Planalto Douro white which we wanted to accompany the fish.

8/10Nice ambiance and friendly staff but the ayce picanha took too long to arrive, every time we asked. Not a great value for money restaurant, there are better options in Lisbon for similar food. Difficult to park the car nearby.

10/10A total MUST-GO restaurant. Top notch Brazilian picanha, served with mouth watering black beans, rice and cheese baked potatoes. A client since the 90s — this is a Lisbon household name. EXCELLENT! Congratulations!!!

6.5/10The place is as cute as a button, the staff very kind and the ambience convivial. Also the wine list is limited but good at fair prices. The issue is the food. For ONLY 3 main courses on the menus and basically no appetizers you'd think that they would excel. They don't. The steak came out overcooked when it was meant to be medium rare, the staple Bacalau was as bland as they come and needed severe doctoring up to be edible. So on balance...how does this place stay alive? Please get a Chef that can cook and has a reperire beyond 3 staples?

6/10The waiting staff were friendly and the restaurant is small but clean. The menu is very small (which is often a good thing in my opinion). There was no need to order the listed starters of bread with oil or spicy sausage as this was automatically brought to the table. I ordered the “Chorizo” steak which is listed as coming with a “linguine sauce”. I was not asked how I would like the steak cooked. Luckily it came Medium and was good. The linguine sauce turned out to be a bowl of pasta which I found to be a strange accompaniment! My wife had the baked cod which unfortunately was over cooked and dry. Dessert of Almond cake was also slightly disappointing. As there are so many other interesting restaurants in Lisbon we wouldn’t visit again.

10/10Small, intimate restaurant outside the heart of downtown. Walking distance to Hilton Emerald House. Very nice ambiance, food cooked perfectly. Limited menu. Would go back again and recommend it.

10/10A verry great restaurant with amazing picanha. It’s a true « all you can eat » formula, and the waiters really encourage you to eat all you can ! I recommand blindly this typical brazilian restaurant !
