First table was beside shrubs which were encroaching the table , second table was ok- no atmosphere and area cold. Bruschetta was ok bread was very hard , pizza was ok - pasta was dry Very disappointed

The pizza was amazing, but the service and atmosphere was woeful. The teenage staff huddled together laughing and joking changing the songs playing throughout the waitstaff would have been fine if they weren’t flat out rude to me. Hoping I just got them on a bad day because I only went there based on the other positive reviews. The service ruined the meal for me though

Kind staff who really understands English ( a rare amenity in this town ) . Lots of 'on the house gifts' , among them sweet treats and grapefruit cocktail ( in our case ) . The price was very reasonable , having ordered 2 of the most expensive dishes in the menu alongside a side dish, a desert and a bottle of wine for only 60 euros. Overall great experience . Would definately come by in the future .

Carpaccio wasn’t carpaccio at all. Would not reccomend it. Pizzas were overall good,do not go for the fancy ones in the beginning, order a simpler one.. Had to wait 15 min for the bill. When I asked for card payment,they said I need to go to the exit,because the payment machine is stational. No problem about it,but why did I had to wait 15 min???

Make every effort to eat in Piccinini 28 when you are in Bari. Just outside the old town, with easy parking (Jolly Garage €3/hr), the small unobtrusive entrance hides a very pretty extensive dining area, with cool alcoves, air-conditioned gazebo and courtyard garden seating options. We loved the aircon on a hot summer lunch visit. Try the 8 antipasti tasting menu - its a full lunch for most, or one of their fantastic pizzas (Piccinini28 signature pizza or the Bufala above all others). Good Pugliese Artissn beer Mussa, and a sorbetto al limone to finish. The waiters were friendly and professional and the atmosphere was very very relaxing and comfortable. Not to be missed!
