10/10Walking into Piccolo Abruzzo you immediately feel like you are in a charming Italian restaurant. The food was outstanding. My family all ordered different dishes and each one was so good. The service was also outstanding. This should be the one priority you have for making a reservation when you visit Rome.

5.5/10We ordered a la carte rather than the chef's selection, and while the salad was good, the bread was average and the entree I selected (chicken with a red sauce) was not anything special. Had dined here 20 years ago and been so impressed. The limoncello still good however!

10/10At first glance,this unimpressive little Bistro located in a quiet back street in Rome is nothing to get excited about, but once inside, the eclectic decor and warm welcome make you feel happy. The staff are so friendly and the food is rustic, tasty and great value. The impressive meat platter starter is huge and varied and you will definitely not leave hungry. The homemade Lemoncello is delicious too. For a good meal, at a great price, you could do much worse than to make the effort to find Picolo Abruzzo.

10/10A friend recommended this restaurant and it did not disappoint. Food was delicious and the staff was attentive. Since it was my friend's birthday celebration they threw in a few extra treats. We especially enjoyed the homemade limoncello!

10/10I went with some friends to this little restaurant and I’m so glad we did. The food was fantastic, great service and warm welcome. I then went back myself for dinner as my friends had left a day before. I was totally comfortable eating alone there, and once again fantastic food. Thank you so much. We will indeed return.

5/10The waiters were very loud and rude. I only wanted one course and my husband two. The waiters were agitated that I wanted to slowly eat my pasta while he had both the pasta and meat -- but they were so agitated about it. The food was good. The ambience is tight -- some communal tables.

7.5/10Lovely little restaurant with a good food selection. Not entirely sure if the waiter liked us…gave us a little bit of a cold shoulder until other customers came into the restaurant. Either way, still had lovely ambiance and food.

8.5/10God little restaurant. Had the surprise menu. Appetizers were really good and the highlight. Te gentlemen running the restaurant really seemed to enjoy the chaos, but the kitchen had some trouble keeping up. Overall good experience.

8.5/10The service at this restaurant was really good. The servers were friendly and attentive, and when we ordered a Limoncello at the end they gave it to us free of charge. The food was also of very nice quality and tasted good. There was a little bit confusion about our reservation from The Fork but once they realized we had ordered through The Fork they gave us the advertised 30% discount. They had never had anyone pay through The Fork PAY before so they were a little bit hesitant about me paying that way which is understandable, but they accepted.

9/10Massimiliano and Domenica are great hosts! They add the extra flavor in the great of experience of eating at Piccolo Abruzzo. Carbonara is very good, although the risotto with tartufo wasn't great. Totally different from the other risottos we have in Portugal. Nice and cozy place! Typical italian experience

3/10We ecpected much more. The food had not really a taste, the recommended Spagetti Carbonara were one of the worse we had so far, as we complained we got an other portion free of charge - but it did not really improve! the starter platter was very simple and not reflecting what we got in the other restaurants so far. The waitress perceived that we were not happy at all.. At the end she did everything to show us her appreciation: we good a drink free of charge and some biscuits. We will not come back.

10/10Well where do I start! We choose here via trip advisor & we left amazed by the Food, Wine & the generosity of the staff. We did not know what to order so we just let them choose for us & we were not dissapointed. We enjoyed every mouthful. To anyone visiting Rome I would highly recommend here! WOW! Thanks Again ????????????

9/10Piccolo Abruzzo is such a lovely, cosy, welcoming place! Super wait staff, very warm and eager to help. You don't want to leave from the first dish to the last sip of lemoncella. Very easy menu at excellent prices. I would highly recommend!
