The staff was very rushed, the food was fast en very good. Overall a nice experience.

We ended up at this restaurant last minute simply because there were free tables. We ordered pasta and risotto. Normally, Italian food is quick, flavorful, and satisfying — but this time, it just wasn’t. The dishes were greasy, bland, and neither quick nor cheap. Maybe some people would enjoy it, but personally, I wouldn’t come back.

The restaurant had called me earlier in the day to explain that they only had one vegan dish. I said that was fine and the food was excellent- papardelle with vegetables and a side bowl of green Salad. My spouse had a pasta in a truffle creme sauce (vegetarian) that could have included more vegetables but didn’t. The salads were great though. Again this was on the 27th of Dec so some places were still closed. The wine was good and service excellent.

Restaurant was packed. The menu arrived 10minutes after we were installed on table. We had to ask for the water. There was no changing table for babies in the toilette. The food was OK nothing special.

A lovely meal al fresco. We really appreciated how warm and helpful the servers were in terms of welcoming us and our two year old (high chair, extra plate etc). They also were flexible with menu options and modified two pasta dishes to make them vegetarian for us, then reduced the prices of the dishes without us asking. Both pasta dishes and the starter (grilled vegetables with ricotta) were simple but delicious.

At arrival we were asked to wait at the « bar » as our reserved table was not ready 15 minutes into the reservation. There were 2 chairs (we were 3) and no one ever asked if we would like a drink while we wait, instead the bartender cleaned and placed glasses in front of us and ignored us while my mother poured herself some water. The food was just ok and I ordered orecchiette pasta and instead of the pasta I ordered received penne, not a big deal but not what I ordered and they played it off as the dish I was paying for. The sad part was we were served by the owner of the restaurant who was not friendly at all. When we paid our bill in cash they actually yelled out to the staff and restaurant the total amount of cash we left in disappointment. My family speaks English so were none the wiser but I (unfortunately for the staff do speak French) so their assumption that they could be blatantly rude to paying customers didn’t go off so discretely. Food was nothing special and the service was appalling. Plenty of other restaurants in Strasbourg so don’t waste your time.

Honestly, the meal made me nearly cry. It was so delicious and when I quit I was sad! The waiter was kind and funny! The restaurant is very cosy:)

The food and service was excellent and there were no restrictions on what we had to get for the discount to apply. Our server was funny and made sure we did not over order because the portions were very large and filling. The charcuterie board is large and could be a meal on its own.

Mediocre food, also too salty.

The personal was extremly nice and welcoming. They offered to give us more detailed about specific meals and also gave sugestions. We will definitely cisit again !
