10/10We sat here for an early lunch. The view was everything, but the prices… you definitely pay thrice for the view. We payed 36,- for a club sandwich. It was a delicious sandwich though, so I cannot say much. Service was nice but not out of this world. Overall a very good experience but pricey! But what to expect with such a view.

8/10Very nice restaurant but that view is not what is actually there. Food choices very limited and what is there is pricey. Caesar salad was not of good quality, dressing was not good. They charge 6€ per person for some chips, almonds and olives. The bread basket was amazing though. Staff very friendly. Overall we were disappointed.

10/10This was a beautiful space and the staff were friendly, accommodating, and professional. I will absolutely book this place again when we come back to Florence. Keep in mind that while you can reserve a table, the patio space is first come first serve. We were seated at a table inside while we waited for a table to become available outside.

10/10The restaurant is a must visit ! The food is delicious, and the view to the canal is awesome, specially during sunsets. The service is more than extraordinary as the waiter was very helpful and patient.

10/10Unbelievable dining experience. What a setting! All food and drink was perfect and on point. Angelo took care of us. Incredible professional! The entire team was great. Special notable mention to the Incredible bar team too!

9/10The restaurant has an excellent view of the Ponte Vecchio. Wonderful location for taking its photos. Tiramisu is very good.

8.5/10Part of the Lungarno Hotel, the Picteau has both a terrace and interior space overlooking the river. The pasta with truffles and the lemon gnocchi were outstanding, even worth a second visit. The service was pleasant but not attentive, maybe the staff serving us also had other duties?

10/10We just ate apetizers but still really good! The view is amazing and the prices are not so high as expected, expensive but worthy. Windy if you are outside but in summer time has to be a must

2/10Staff busy cleaning, putting away cutlery in the cupboards, vacuuming,… all while we were having lunch. They could not care less. Very rude and disappointing.
