I found a hair in my food and the service was very very bad

Lamentamos sinceramente que su experiencia no haya sido la esperada. En relación con lo ocurrido, nos gustaría aclarar que en el momento en que nos informaron de la situación, no pudimos verificar la presencia del cabello, ya que, según nos indicaron, fue retirado inmediatamente. Aun así, actuamos conforme a nuestro protocolo, ofreciéndoles cambiar el plato sin ningún coste, opción que ustedes decidieron no aceptar y continuaron con su comida. Queremos destacar que en nuestro establecimiento cumplimos estrictamente con las normas de higiene: todo el personal utiliza gorro y lleva el cabello recogido en todo momento, precisamente para evitar este tipo de situaciones. Sentimos que la atención no haya sido percibida como adecuada, ya que nuestro equipo trató de dar una solución en el momento. Agradecemos su comentario, ya que nos ayuda a seguir mejorando, y esperamos tener la oportunidad de ofrecerles una mejor experiencia en el futuro.

Everything was delicious, but the discount was only for a narrow category of food, the main course. This should be clearly noted.

The food and service were great but every main dish came with tortillas. Bread overload. There are plenty of Mexican dishes that don't need tortillas. Put some on the menu.

We really enjoy going to this restaurant. The food is quality, delicious. The owners are very pleasant. The only thing I'm not crazy about is how tight the tables are. You can feel a bit cramped.

Very nice and authentic place. The food was truly mexican. The balance cuality-quantity very good. The price quite fair. Totally recommended!

Food was very good. Service was not the friendliest. There were a bunch of tiny flies, gnats everywhere. Michelada was quite good as well. Probably better to do take out.
