Had a bad experience at Pizza Hut Bromma today. I had 2000 Yumm points on The Fork app, and for 2 people it showed that only 500 points would be deducted. But when I asked to use them, one staff member said she couldn’t see anything in the system. Another staff member later accepted it, but she didn’t have the right information. In the end, they deducted all 2000 points and my balance became zero. It wasn’t needed, but I had no choice at that moment since I had my child with me.

You get what you expect at Pizza Hut when it comes to the food. This occasion was made extra special by the super nice girl who was so sweet and treated us with free ice cream, because it was our daughter's birthday.

So good! Did not expect the massive portions! Miso soup was offered with a spicy sauce that was just right. Had the scampi tempura roll, yaki roll & a flame-torched salmon roll. We couldn’t decide what tasted best because they were all so delicious. Chiky poke bowl was very tasty too! We struggled to finish it all but finally made it in the end. Was too good to leave food on the plate. Will def be back.

We had a lovely evening here, the staff were very nice and the food was great. We were lucky enough to have a waiter called Georgi who was just fantastic, he made our evening perfect, sorting drinks and food and extras and checking we were happy all the time.
