5.5/10The lasagna was not good at all. It was undercooked in the middle, and tasted raw and dry. It was disappointing since lasagna is a very basic Italian dish. The interior design and atmosphere was quite good. The service was okay but could be improved.

7/10Visited La Pala for its "Pizza Napoletana" and the food did not disappoint. The pizza was really delicious, and the cocktails and desserts were equally impressive, showcasing authentic Italian flavors at their best.However, the service was a letdown. Long waits, mismatched dish arrivals, and a couple of order mix-ups dampened our dining experience. Post-dessert, we felt overlooked, dissuading us from extending our stay for coffee or an amaro. While the setting was pleasing, it lacked the genuine Italian warmth, especially in terms of customer care. La Pala has great culinary offerings but needs to address its service shortcomings to provide a holistic Italian dining experience.
