The pizzas were excellent and the waiters were very nice and attentive.

Such a fun restaurant, a good vibe and very good food! I love the food and it’s most cheap I could find. I also really like how the food was ready very fast.

Very good food. Every time I am in Ams I pass by to eat. I recommend the mixed pasta, and chicken pizza!

The two older Italian gents that served us were so welcoming and friendly. The food was fresh and tasty. We were happy to see that many local Dutch were visiting the restaurant, a good sign in a restaurant. The calzone was HUGE!

Not an Italian pizzeria, premade pizza with fake mozzarella cheese. Stay away from this place. BTW I’m Italian so I know what I’m talking about.

The service was good, they were friendly and hospitable. Besides the food tastes nice with a quite affordable price for a good portion. For example, for someone who is looking for an affordable restaurant that also matches the portion given, this is certainly worth mentioning.

Real and delicious Italian food. Whilst you wouldn’t expect restaurants in this area to be kids-friendly it actually was a great experience for the kids as the owner made feel super special and comfy. Will come back definitely

Well - being at Il Palio several times, if of course love the food and the people. When we entered - we sat next to a table of italians!! That tells the story i think. Good and absolutely affordable food - and staff with good attitude and nice interaction. I just love it. Gert ( .. ask them for an "apple cake" shot and you will be surprised one way or the other)

Cramped restaurant, most restaurants in amsterdam are but this was way more than other places. Bruschetta was very disappointing, basically tomatoes with some leaves on warm bread, for €8! Our streaks were ok, not cold but lukewarm, definitely not hot. Calamari was basically onion rings. Wouldn’t reccommend, plenty of better places to go in amsterdam

Best pizzeria in town. Lovely staff! Good service. Price quality is perfect! And the espresso martini’s are very good!!
