We had an exceptional dining experience at Pizzic’Osteria Volpetti Bistrot “Salumeria Storica dal 1870”. The staff were incredibly attentive and gave excellent guidance when choosing dishes, taking great care to accommodate my son’s allergies. Their thoughtful approach made the evening stress‑free and enjoyable. The menu felt wonderfully authentic, reflecting traditional Italian cuisine as it might have been enjoyed in the pre‑WWII era – a real treat to experience such heritage flavours. The food itself was beautifully prepared and full of character. The wine pairing suggested by our waiter was spot‑on, perfectly complementing the meal, and the after‑dinner drinks added to the overall experience with a true Italian flair. From booking on TheFork to finishing our dinner, everything was seamless and professional. Highly recommended for anyone seeking genuine Italian food, outstanding service, and a memorable night out in Rome.

Place is rather small but very cozy. The quality of the food is just great. We had the cheese board for two and one cheese was better than the other. My husband had the boar stew which was rich and tasty. I had the lasagna which was a special of the day, so good, yum! We will definitely go back again. Thank you
