Pizza served underbaked, white, no char, cheese still solid not melted. They did not care when I told them.

Service was slow, our order didn’t go right, and they charced us wrong items.

Pizzas were very good and good for families. Nice busy atmosphere. The lady running the restaurant was amazing but could have had a little more support. Run off her feet. Constant stream of people either wanting table or a take away. Very popular place. Would come back.

Service needs improvement I did not feel welcomed

It was our first night in Rome and this restaurant had been recommended to us by our hosts. Upon arrival we were seated downstairs with no other customers so not the ambience we were expecting of this busy pizzeria. We accepted this, however, the staff then spent at least 10 minutes dragging tables around noisily across the floor around us (including our table - we were asked to stand while they moved it) to accommodate a future booking. Not what we expected. Our pizzas arrived and were very burnt on the underside. A disappointing start to our Rome dining experience which thankfully improved in other restaurants..

Perfect place for our first pizza in Rome. Food and drink were terrific and super fresh and service spot on. Would recommend.
