A lovely restaurant, deli and wine bar on a quiet street, away from the hustle and bustle of Palermo. Offering a choice of food from all over Italy. The service is faultless. So good, we went twice.

+2For our 20th anniversary we brought our son with us here, first enjoying an aperitivo in the store section, and then a sumptuous meal in the restaurant. The wine offerings are extensive - we enjoyed an organic Nero D’Avola - and the meals (seafood risotto, steak & green pepper corn sauce, stewed swordfish) were exquisite. Our server was gregarious and attentive, fluent in 4 languages, and knowledgeable about everything on the menu. It was the perfect way to start our visit to Palermo!

We brought a group of 12 to this wonderful eatery. The service was impeccable as were our dinners. The staff and management went above and beyond to give us a wonderful experience. I recommend this restaurant if you are in Palermo.

This is the worst restaurant experience I’ve had in Palermo. I made a reservation for lunch at 12:30 today. I have a written confirmation from The Fork. We arrived on time and we were told they were not serving until 1 PM. They asked us if we would like to see their wine bar next store. We were seated, but we were not told it’s a completely different menu. We agreed to have a charcuterie plate and some wine as the kitchen did not open till 1 PM. We ordered a bottle of Grillo. We were told the wine we wanted was not available. We told them we would like a Grillo; instead, they brought us a Chardonnay/inzolia blend. After we finished the charcuterie, we were told about the few warm dishes they had available. We were asked if we could order from the restaurant menu and we were told no, to go back next door if we wanted to eat there. We asked for our check and left. We were treated like tourists. The funny thing is that I actually live here in Palermo, quite close to the restaurant. Why did the restaurant accept a 1230 reservation if they could not honor it? Why didn’t they just ask us if we could wait until 1 PM? It’s not like we were served any faster in the wine bar. The service was not only atrocious, he was rude.

The restaurant was a great experience! We were pampered from start to finish. Great food, friendly service and a great aura in everything.

We had a fabulous dinner. The food was outstanding and, given the quality and standard of cooking, was really good value. The staff were attentive and gave us excellent recommendations for the food and wine. The restaurant is located in a smart and quiet neighbourhood and it is lovely to sit out on their patio. Highly recommended.

The food was delicious and the wine pairings amazing. Everyone working there went above and beyond to make it an amazing evening, super nice people and they speak great English! I highly recommend eating here if you have the chance.

What a fantastic experience! The food was delicious, as was the wine recommended to us, all for a good price. The staff were lovely and friendly and very accommodating. Before we finish our holiday, we hope to return here again. Thank you!

From the moment we entered we felt welcome. They suggested food and wine and every bit of the food was delicious. Our best meal in Palermo. Make a reservation and enjoy it. They spoke excellent English. .

Best charcuterie and steaks and the sauces were incredible. The green peppercorn and porcini mushroom sauces are amazing compliments to the steaks. And the dessert was not just beautiful but was also delicious. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, and.very passionate about the food. They were on point with reading the table and attending to the guests. A definite two thumbs up and highly recommended when in Palermo!

If you ask/listen to your waiter and wine director, you will have a fabulous meal, incredible local wines and outstanding service in a beautiful ambiance. Wonderful experience!

We made a reservation and walked 10 minutes to get there. When we arrived they were very rude and said they couldn’t accommodate us, pointing to their notebook with names written in it. Why are they on The Fork if reservations are meaningless?

The bartender/sommelier was extraordinary- gracious,engaging, & , knowledgeable- a talented craftsman of his trade who wasn’t shy about experimenting. He was art in motion. The food was delicious, I would have preferred more fish & chicken offerings - I don’t eat red meat- but my fellow diners were wowed by the preparation & presentation. A truly wonderful dinner. Enjoy.
