What a fun, tasty, and educational experience! I won't ruin the surprise but go for the 7 moments tasting menu, worth every penny!

+1Everything was incredible, wine, food, value, service. Truly amazing, except for the tables being way too close to each other. Which is kind of common in Europe, still not optimal, it took away from the experience.

Plano is built by people who love what they do,. It's definetly must visit place if you want get familiar with local portugal cousine made from local ingredients. Make sure to leave some space for final desert.

We had a lovely evening, loved all the tasty elements that they affectionately called snacks, Service was relaxed yet attentive, it was a long meal, and yet it never felt it. Some amazing taste explosions all told with love of parts of Portugal Thank you for such a good evening And the local birthday cake was a lovely bonus

The time invested in this dinner is absolutely ridiculous. After 2.5 hours, 2 bottles of wine and just 4 bites of food served to us in some weird volcanic puzzle diorama, I cannot explain how frustrating and baffled we were. We felt like we were hostages to our own dinner. This was not a lovely experience for us in any way. I would not recommend this to anyone. We ended up leaving early and getting a pizza.

Every part of our experience was greater than expected. Very creative presentation, the food was delicious and representative of the chef's Portuguese culture. Highly recommend

It has never taken me as long to eat such a mediocre meal. The staff seemed to be overwhelmed by a particularly large table to the detriment of all other diners. The meat course which was served pink was so tough I could not finish it . Having to pick your knives to cut the tough pork dish was a complete and utter waste of time. It is not a place I could ever see myself returning to or recommending to a friend. I often rely on Michelin guide recommendations when choosing places to eat when travelling by this is the first time I was sorely disappointed and would wonder if they even deserve their accreditation.

We took the 5 courses tasting meal. Dishes visibility was beautiful, everything very unique and special. Service was the best! Food tasty but does not justify the cost

Fabulous lunch today. We eat in Michelin starred restaurants all over the world. Why doesn’t Plano have a star? They deserve it.

Our experience at Plano was amazing! We did the 6 course dinner with wine pairings. Each dish was delicious and unique, while the wine pairings complemented the flavors. I would highly recommend going here if you get the chance.

Exceptional food and service

The feeling at the beginning was good, the appetizers were very exquisite and great.but when it came to the main course, it was not satisfactory. The most outrageous thing was that the beef could not be cut with a knife. We gave up completely. The chef of the restaurant didn’t apologise for it.

We have been to Plano a couple of times and each time it has been a very nice experience. This time we invited several friends and they also had a very enjoyable time. We will return.

The food was excellent in the 9 course tasting menu. I just wish I'd known how to pace myself! Everything about the restaurant was pretty much perfect including the lovely simple decor, the low noise level, and the impeccable service from the server and the sommelier. The price was probably half of what I'd pay in New York. Go, it's a great opportunity to have a tasting menu if you have not done so.

+8Was here for my boyfriend’s birthday dinner. We got the long menu with wine pairing. Amazing regional and fresh food, and the wine pairings are original, local, and very well thought out. Really generous pourings for the wines as well! Portion sizes are rather generous and you won’t leave hungry. They even prepared a special cake at the end of the meal (which we had to take away because we were too full). Slightly understaffed the evening we went, so the wait time between courses was quite long and we ended up being in the restaurant for over 4 hours for the 9-course menu, was really sleepy by the end of it (both because it was getting quite late and the alcohol). 10/10 would recommend!

Overall it was a good experience, the pickles are original and there were some good representation of portuguese cuisine. The main point for improvement is about the meat that had quite a lot of nerves.

One of the best meals I've ever had - exceptional quality, service and the waiter was extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!

The ambiance, service, and attention to the little details was impeccable. We loved some of the dishes and didn’t like others. Very creative and inventive dishes but some of the flavors were not a hit. Overall, a beautiful lunch and experience.

This was an excellent high end dining experience. The food was delicious and inventive, the ingredients perfect, and the staff were attentive and always had time to talk about the food and wine. We left full and very content. Would go here again in a heartbeat.

+1Our 2nd time dining here. Beautiful and tasty food as the last time. A few different dishes than the first time we were here in December. I appreciate the chef working with seasonal ingredients. Will come back again.

Excellent, very human service—expertise that is plain-spoken, composed and goes above and beyond to please. I ordered extended menu tonight with wine pairing. Peter and team were very patient with me and I felt lavished in a story of the founding chef and journeyed the cuisine of Portugal from north to south, including wine from the Azores. What a delight, all-around.

Wow. Just Wow. Our first time there and the staff and food was exceptional, inventive, well executed, and the wine pairing was fantastic. Next time I'm in Lisbon, they're my first stop. And maybe on the way out of town too! Wonderfully done, i am honored to have been taken care of so well there.
