Great spot with an astonishing view from the patio. The food was delicious and lived up to the name – gourmet. They were out of greens, and the waitress couldn’t suggest alternatives to the salads, but ChatGPT came to the rescue. We also ended up ordering too much, as we were misinformed about the portion sizes. the discount from The Fork was not applied connectedly. Instead of 20% we got 10% just because we asked to split the bill into 2 parts.

The restaurant has a lovely setting, but they unfortunately brought us the wrong pizza. They also list three choices of crusts, but really only have one. That being said, the crust was delicious! They also do not list any side dishes, and we would not have known about them had the wsitress not casually asked if we wanted and vegetables after we were "done" ordering. It would've been better had we received the pizza we ordered because the other food and wine was great.

+2The food was exquisite, surprising with little special touches in each dish all of which were a total success. We chose the calamari appetizer, the prosciutto and mushroom pizza and the breaded pork to share and finished with the cremoso for dessert. This was by far our favorite meal on our trip and service by Rosario made it all the better! We would return if only we had one more night in Tuscany!

I was very pleasantly fascinated by this restaurant. From the way we were made welcome to the end I have not a single remark about the service. The waiter was extremely friendly, he presented each dish to us in such a way that you just couldn't resist. The food was extremely original and delicious. The presentation too. Congratulations to the chef too! Last but not least, I would like to highlight the wine list of the restaurant. You can safely trust the master waiter, he is a good connoisseur and will recommend the best wine according to your dish. I personally left with an extra bottle of wine to go, as some of the wines offered here you can't find elsewhere. As for the prices, I can only say they are more than decent for the quality you are paying for. I highly recommend this restaurant if you want to enjoy a nice view from the terrace and good food in a very relaxed atmosphere.

Final visit in our week to further explore the excellent menu. Hare ragu with pappardelle was delicious, with either La Pesca or the pistachio parfait for dessert as family favourites. Service as ever was marvellous.

A return visit to try their 5 cereal pizza dough which made for excellent tasting pizzas, whether a simple margharita or their gourmet selection (the Michaelangelo was a fantastic choice). As before, a warm welcome and fantastic service from all the team. Thank you.

Welcoming and relaxing. The service was friendly and engaging with help to explain the specifics about individual menu items. The food was quick (very quick in the case of the pizza) and very tasty. Overall, a good relaxing evening.

Wonderful pizzas, truly one of the best we’ve tried in Italy and the little mediaeval town is def worth a visit. Really recommended, the service was great.

Again we were at a wonderful restaurant in Colle di Val d’Elsa. The other day we’ve had a similar experience, nearby. At the end of our dinner, it appeared that both restaurants have the same owner. So no surprise that the young staff is professional and hospitable, the atmosphere relaxed and the food delicious.

environment, staff - very good. no problem at all. but the food wasn't good at all., we had after a belly ache. who ordered pizza ate better. everything else, pasta and meat, were uneatable.
