Excellent Service backed up by Very good food. A very enjoyable evening The special board menu was great with a variety of dishes that made it hard to choose as we wanted to try at least four or five of them. We will dine there again if we get the chance.

We enjoyed dinner with very tasty food and cozy atmoshere. We ordered fish and potatoes in orange sauce, linguine with tuna and sardine fishballs in tomato sauce. All are delicious. Thanks for the pretty lady who made recommendations on our orders. Highly recommend! Do come and try!

The ambience was very nice — warm, welcoming, and well-decorated, which created a comfortable atmosphere. The service was also good; staff were attentive and friendly throughout the evening. We started with a starter, which was quite enjoyable and gave us high hopes for the rest of the meal. Unfortunately, the main courses were a letdown. The octopus was tough, rubbery, and lacked flavor — clearly overcooked and underseasoned. As for the meatballs, they were particularly disappointing. There was barely any actual meat in them. Instead, they were filled with some kind of stuffing, with the meat forming just a thin outer layer. It felt misleading and unsatisfying. Overall, while the atmosphere and service were on point, the quality of the main dishes didn’t meet expectations. With some improvements to the kitchen, this place could be much better.

Food was excellent. Cold meat and cheese playter to start. Fish of the day with potato and spinach. Delicious. Good service. Reasonably priced.Would recommend.

Exceptionally friendly staff and great food as I had the bream! The restaurant sits just off Via Maqueda where the foot traffic isn't as busy, if you decide to sit outside.

Everything here is homemade and of high quality. We loved the way it was tucked away in a side alleyway. Housemade ricotta, delicious panna cotta with housemade orange jelly, nice and tart. Our waiter was cheerful, attentive and efficient though it was very busy. This was our third time eating here and I highly recommend for a casual, reasonably-priced restaurant. We forgot and they also forgot that we were supposed to receive a 20 percent discount for arriving for our reservation on time

We spent New Year’s Eve at the restaurant, with a relatively expensive set menu that was proposed by the restaurant. I must say that the food was very very bad. The service took an hour to bring per dish, that tasted like it took 5 minutes to prepare with ready made sauce from the can. Also in the bathroom there is literally mould growing in the walls that was clearly there for a few months at least. I don’t recommend this restaurant for any occasion.

I state that the menu was chosen by you. as it was New Year's Eve the times were longer. choice made by us to make you feel at home and give us the opportunity to toast the new year here with us. so we said let's take the dishes out slowly. Having said that, your behavior in the end is unacceptable. you insulted our staff and our chefs who worked all day without ever stopping. may the new year make you better with the next one

Amazing creative food I wanted to try the whole menu. Just keep away from the table next the the kitchen it is a bit smelly ????. Bit on the pricy side but worth it over other tourist priced restaurants .

Ponticello provides a warm and friendly ambience and excellent cucina—your nonna (or nanno)—such as the fava bean purée and the sausage ragu on cavatelli with soft ricotta. We were sorry we couldn’t try other food again, as we were leaving the next day. A great change from the standard trattoria fare.

If you are more than 20, this location is not for you. Quality food very poor, a lot of confusion, noisy. Not recommended
