This is our 2nd time here and yet again we were not disappointed. My particular highlight was the confit duck in the orange sauce. It was absolutely delicious, fell off the bone , the sauce was just right , not too sweet. Staff are always so helpful and knowledgeable about food and the wines. The venue is comfortable with plenty of space between tables allowing you to chat easily. We will be back. Looking forward to another exceptional meal. Thank you

The service from the staff was excellent, the food was delicious. I really want to recommend Porthus to everyone that want a nice, calm, good Schef on the kitchen, and professional staff. We’ll come back 💐❤️

This was our first visit to Porthus. Everything from entrance to exit impressed. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful.Nothing was a problem. The restaurant has an understated elegance. Seating is comfortable and well spaced out. It was busy but still managed to retain a feeling of calm and quiet, so nice to be able to have a conversation. The food- it was difficult to choose as there were lots of tempting options and the food did not disappoint. Presentation, taste everything was delicious, so lots to look forward to on our next visit.

We where here 1 year ago 3 times. Allways good. Now we come again. It was really bad. 1 kg of meat. Maybe 500 gram fat. 200 gram bone and 300 gram meat for 60 euro. The patatas bravas where not the same as last year. The fries where difference, cold. For me it is really the last time. We said the meat was so much fat and he laugh.

Both of us enjoyed our meal, one with cod pil pil and one with halibut. Shared apple sweet very good. My only criticism was that the dishes were over salted for me.

Very lively and multilingual when we were there. Exemplary gambas and croquettas. We had lamb dishes which were also very good

Beautiful room, great staff, menu is one of the best in town. We had the shared steak plate, incredible flavour value and quality. Dying to go back. All the plates coming from the kitchen are thoughtfully presented and beautifully delivered. Well done.

Porthus has become one of our favourite eating places in the Torrevieja area. The service, attention of waiters and of course the food are all exceptional. It has a lovely calm and relaxed atmosphere . On our last visit we eere attended by 2 lovely waiters and our special thanks to Samara for her warmth and engaging conversation.

The restaurant is beautiful, the service was excellent. the food and wine was great, all in all it was a really lovely place. worth a visit, if you want to get away from the british food.
