9.5/10Very good, typical food. Nice and well performing staff. We enjoyed evening very much. Quite a lot tables in the rooms that left not too much space, but it was absolutely worth it.

10/10This is definitely worth visiting as the second most important attraction of Torino, second only to the Egyptian Museum. The food is outstanding of very high quality and a great representation of Torino and Piemonte. The staff, all, are outstanding and very passionate and knowledgable. They recommend great options and wines to go with the food in the most humble and unassuming fashion. It is full at lunch and dinner everyday so it is imperative to book in advance and in a 3 day visit I would recommend both a dinner and lunch at this restaurant. A visit to Torino would now be incomplete without dining here and it is definitely a reason to return.

9/10Nice specific Piedmontese pasta very authentic and really felt homemade. Definitely a nice choice if you want to eat like a local in Turin. It can be pretty full but the reservation mechanism is on point and I would recommend you secure your spot before arrival. Very nice service overall.

10/10Brought my wife and my Suocera for a nice lunch at Porto Di Savona. Their monopiatti were a perfect lunch choice after yesterday’s somewhat abundant Sunday repast. The monopiatti have the meal on one plate, and come with some nice wine or water and even dessert and caffè. All three plates (trout, gnocchi al Gorgonzola and agnolotti al sugo di arrosto) were delicious. As nice as home-cooked meals are, it’s good to get out every so often.

7.5/10The restaurant is on a square with a very good view on the hill and lights up beautifully at night. This recommendation was from the host of the apartment. Food was fine. Service was a little underwhelming compared to all other restaurants i’ve been to on this trip.

5/10Food terrible - over cooked pasta, “frito misto” with deep fried sausage and apple (?!) odd vegetables, tourist trap!

9/10Excellent food and wait staff. It was outside in July so even in the evening is was incredibly hot and humid. A bit noisy, but this is a great restaurant and not to be missed.

8.5/10As before, we enjoyed Porto Di Savona, and the opportunity to eat good Piedmontese food in the heart of Piedmont. This is a place that you must share with friends, and sit outside and enjoy the views, and the people. The food is good, and the service, although you do have to be patient as there are many tables covered by the same host. However, it is worth the little wait, as who could be in a hurry in such a relaxed setting.

7/10We were seated at an outdoor table in the magnificent square on a dry evening in Turin. Naturally, we ordered Vitello Tonnato, the Piedmontese speciality. It was a bit disappointing, as the sauce was relatively bland and could have done with more tuna and anchovies. The pork Cotoletta Milanese was good and the Vitello Robespierre adequate.

9.5/10Very rustic /traditional restaurant with historical photos of Turin on the walls. Gnocchi with Gorgonzola were light and delicious. Had a good bottle of Barolo recommended by the waitress. Great service. The only recommendation I would have is to add a dimmer switch to the central light in the main room to improve the ambiance. It is very stark and bright especially for the tables under it. Thanks for a delicious meal.

5/10Their website says they open at 1900 and our reservation was for 1930. We arrived at 1920 and where told that they were not open yet and we needed to wait outside. We were sat quickly when they allowed us back in. We have 2 premi, 1 secondi, and 2 desserts. Nothing was bad but all the items did not have much flavor.

7/10Great location, with fabulous views across the piazza. Service was really good. Food was reasonable, with lovely stuffed courgette flowers and rabbit terrine to start. Tiramusu was really disappointing, especially as they said it was a speciality. No real depth of flavour and not enough cream.

10/10We wanted to visit a family-run restaurant with "traditional" food and we got that and more. It's got a great character which comes with the decor atmosphere, but the service added to this- attentive without being intrusive. Food was excellent and wine choice good. Whenever in Turin we will seek out.

9.5/10Old fashioned, bit down at heel, great traditional food and lots of character, right in the middle of Turin and you can eat outside on the piazza. Waitress was relaxed and funny. The only issue was the dragon on the reception desk who would not let us leave our luggage there for 10 minutes while we had a walk around, To be fair they did let us store them while we ate. Overall though a find, and not expensive. The wine list was especially reasonable, lots at less than 20 euros and even the Barbaresco we had was only 33.
