8/10Unfortunately the lobster salad was very average, the lobster itself was not fresh, chewy and tough. The burrata was excellent though. The other dishes, mixed seafood grill and sirloin steak were excellent.

5/10Rushed service with only three tables in the restaurant. Did not even offer water or wine /drinks before approaching for meal order three times. Brought the main course before the appetizer was even halfway finished. Completely unenjoyable experience.

10/10Excellent service, food. Best cod ever. Sole belle meunière wonderful. Kids ordered steak, great too. Fair wine prices. Great cost/benefit. The location is beautiful and the ambience very pleasing.

9.5/10It’s a seafood lovers paradise, simply and elegantly cooked. The waiters were attentive and very informative regarding menu choice. Lovely setting by the sea which was reflected in the decor.

8/10Solid dinner. A tad Bland missing flavors. Sea Bass was outstanding. We had ours in the bread versus salt crust. Potatoes were unremarkable as were the vegetable medley. Cheesecake was rubbery not well made. Wine choices were very good.

10/10This restaurant was a real discovery for us. We booked last minute but no issue : a warm welcome, an excellent advise on the dishes, and amazing pairing wine. A real top dinner !

9.5/10Fantastic spot, amazing view, food wonderful, service good. The only disappointment was the menu, it’s a QR code, this strangely changes the atmosphere, we are. Anon phone at the table famil so bring all our phones out to read the menu feels weird. It also loses some of the feel of the restaurant and makes it a little distant. Small negative as overall the place is great.

5/10The best part of dinner was the drive to the restaurant. The views are amazing. However the wait staff was indifferent, frosty, and broke many common sense rules of fine dining service. The quality of the food was poor. We had better meals at tourist traps in town off the beach at places with pictures on the menus. The entire party was shocked this place had earned a star. I do recommend driving up the coast for the scene but skip this restaurant.

8/10Pretty location on beach. Several restaurant choices. Selected this one based on Michelin recommendation. Was underwhelmed. Food very expensive ($100 Euros) for Lobster appetizer (for2) and flavor/presentation just ok.

4.5/10Unfortunately we had a poor experience as there was a strong smell of toilet/sewage when we arrived. Food was average. The mussels starter was over cooked as the mussels were shrivelled up. The steak and mushroom skewer was very tough and difficult chew. The cod was swimming in too much oil which killed the flavour. Overall a very disappointing meal.

10/10Porto Santa Maria is a well-known restaurant with amazing seafood, especially the delightful "espetada de polvo". Despite a resevation glitch through "The Fork", the staff managed to accomodate us nicely. The restaurant´s oceanfront location and pleasant atmosphere make it a great choice. Hoping "The Fork" works better next time!

5.5/10It was one of our favorite restaurants until last visit: despite reservations on Michelin/Fork app, there was no table, personnel turned out to be rude. They offered “spare table” claiming there was some misunderstanding and table we booked would be ready in a minute)a couple was finishing coffee and deserts. Half an hour later there was no table. Finally, we were sat at some table. Rest of the evening was a disaster as well: super slow and inattentive service and mediocre food. Just different face of the place. Terrible. We won’t come back.

10/10I have been to this restaurant several times and I am never disappointed. The seafood is of course the main attraction. The service is excellent, the setting on the beach is wonderful. Get a table by the window and enjoy the sight of the windsurfers and kite-surfers.

10/10A beautiful location to enjoy the sunset and a seafood meal. The service is outstanding. We requested a table by the windows and had a wonderful view of the kite sailors and surfers.
