3.5/10Worst steak I have ever had. Asked for medium rare. Was served rare and was so grossly. Waiter was nice and disgusted with what I wa served and took it off the bill.

6/10Not as good as it user to be. Some dishes were a Bit cold and not as food as I experience before. The service was cold and, although the restaurant wasn’t even near full, they didn’t even placed us near a window with a view.

5.5/10Very bad service. Employee’s don’t show a smile and are blunt and brute while delivering cutlery and picking up the table. The food is decent but overpriced. 17 euros for a steak, and a very moderate portion of rice and fries and a beer… Should be at the 12 euros range. View is good, room was hot and smelled kind of fishy, although kind of expected from a restaurant that serves sea food.

8.5/10The food was very good. Good atmosphere and beautiful location. Staff very friendly. Service a little bit slow and disorganised. Overall very positive, and on a service level there is opportunity for improvement.

5.5/10Disappointing. We ordered the Mariscada Portugália and for a place that states itself as also a sea food establishment, the seafood itself is of very low quality. The sapateira was very watered down indeed, the shrimp was clearly cold bitten and not fresh. And all of that for 45€. We paid 80+ € for a two person meal. Not to be repeated again.

4/10I’ve been coming to the restaurant for years. It’s been a go-to destination every time I’m in Lisbon. The food was good, the staff welcoming so the pilgrimage back was driven by memories as much as anything. But the service is very dismissive and they’re looking to scalp tourists. Bitoque is on the menu of the day - the tourist version comes on a plate with no sauce and you’re charged for sides, the actual version comes in an earthenware dish with sauce, steak, an egg and fries. Devise of the location, they’ll always be busy but I doubt people will be return.

6.5/10I started going to Portugalia in 2013 and was so impressed by the simplicity and quality of the food that I made sure that I visited whenever in Lisbon but I have to say that the experience is no longer what it was. They no longer have a kids' menu. The bitoque has been downgraded beyond recognition. And, worst of all, my favourite, the pica pau is a shadow of what it was. It's so disappointing. I don't know if it's as a result of COVID-19 impact or measures but I'm really sad to say that I won't be back.

5.5/10I don’t know why but the food is never piping hot when it arrives at the table. Restaurant was very quiet today- still happened. Chips were awful- had to send them back.

5/10This resto has great location.Bad food and hopeless presentation..It needs a new chef. I dont need to write more except to say your evaluation system is very stupid and not focussed on food quality.
