Besides there was only 1 Chef in the kitchen on Saturday night, the food is subpar. We have waited for Appetizer - a soup for 50 mins. And another 30 mins for main course. Unfortunately, the food was just really simple and taste no better than microwave food.

Firstly the location is hidden in a side room off a hotel, so impossible to locate with google maps. We arrived and they couldn’t find our booking, took 3 people to establish we wanted to eat. The place was empty, we sat and the stated what wasn’t available the fish and they only had 2 steaks. We have a vegetarian with us and they could only offer mushroom risotto or avocado on toast. The 2 steaks came out and they were tiny, no one asked how they wanted them cooked, one was bloody the other well done. I was embarrassed to take my guests there, after the good reviews this was a disaster. The £110 babaresco italian red was good but the waiter was very unsure how to open a bottle of wine, maybe his first time? Anyway certainly don’t take any there you like. Look to ther places. Staff wise they were friendly and there was loads of them so not sure how they make any profit.

Very good restaurant and great service! The menu seems a bit small but actually that probably makes the food good quality! I had the vegan steak and the caramel desert! They were great!

Pressroom at the INK hotel has amazing cocktails & steak is a must try. The servers are very attentive and the restaurant creates amazing date vibes. Their dessert toffee cake with ice cream is a must try

Food and service were both excellent. It was a great start to our dining experience in Amsterdam. They paid great attention to an allergy that my guest had and took it very serious, which was much appreciated.

The restaurant is a little hard to find, but once we got there, everyone was delightful and extremely welcoming. The food was good too although the menu wasn't extensive. It made coating easy! Very convenient location for a bite while you're downtown.

Nice and modern location, friendly service, open kitchen, very central and really important very good food. We had a Bowl as a starter and steaks. Both very good, the meat of the pepper steak you can’t get better.

don’t go here for their vegetarian food - the portion size is an insult (half an aubergine!?) compared with non-veggie meals (meat + carbs)

Perfect for a friendly or romantic dinner. The food is delicious and the staff is lovely as well… a real diamond in Amsterdam! A bit expensive but in the prices range of the city (but with the staff politeness included!)

We are glad we discovered this little restaurant! The staff were incredibly welcoming and the service was great. I could really appreciate the small details like the presentation of the dishes and the Mediterranean atmosphere. We will definitely come back here!

Had a fantastic dinner here. Food was very good and presented lovely. All waiting staff were attent and friendly and gave great service.i think they have a new chef here because the food was incredible. Will definitely be coming back soon.

Outstanding! Our best dinner in Amsterdam so far. The tartare was to die for, the aubergine coupled with chestnuts a sweet and pleasant surprise, the crème brulée absolutely delicious. And a pretty good beer (Brouwerij t'IJ) to top it all. Great technique, interesting flavors, pleasant atmosphere, impeccable staff - I wish to point out the outstanding service of Sara, who made us feel at home, among friends, while remaining absolutely discreet and attentive to our every request. Will return everytime in Amsterdam.

The Atmosphere in the place is just ok, it feels too much like a basement hotel bar... The food is also, just ok.. I was disappointed with the food given the reviews... it was good, just nothing special or worth going back for.

The restaurant is in a good location, but unfortunately 30 minutes waiting for the weitress to even look at us, 45 minutes waiting between courses whish is completly out of any reasonable waiting time...and the maincourses were both salty.

Nice Hotel restaurant in the city centre, where you can also dine if you’re not a hotel guest. Central station is only a 5-10 min. walk away with a tram stop literally in front of the door. Nice but simple & creative menu at the same time, in good portions and friendly service! Only not so nice thing was the Octopus terrine; that had more terrine than Octopus.

Delicious food, excellent service. Came here with family and it did not disappoint. A la carte menu was exceptional. My mother in law said the cheesecake was "the best she's ever had". Service incredibly warm and friendly. So glad we came.
