+2The staff made us feel welcome and relaxed, handling our reservation and seating with ease. The pace of the meal was perfect — not rushed, but efficiently timed so the evening flowed. The food was a highlight. Appetizers were elegantly plated and full of balance: bright, fresh elements cut through richer fresh components, and every bite revealed well-considered seasoning. Mains were comforting yet refined, showcasing high-quality ingredients and masterful technique — think tender proteins, crisped exteriors where appropriate, and sides that complemented rather than competed. Desserts were a lovely finish, not overly sweet and expertly executed. Presentation throughout was thoughtful and festive without being gimmicky. The combination of inventive, flavorful cooking and genuinely excellent service makes this a spot we’ll happily return to.

10/10Fine dinning at its best. Not pretentious, nor complicated. Beautiful setting, few tables, and wonderful/ knowledgeable service. Everything we ordered was excellent, most notably the beef fillet, Apple strudel and tiramisu. Fit for special occasions

10/10We had a wonderful dinner at Presule! The service was outstanding, food was fantastic, and atmosphere was perfect We enjoyed the beef tartare quite a lot, and the pastas were all delicious. Highly recommend for a memorable meal!

+2Very nice setting, beautifull place with nice view towards a medieval castle. Very friendly personal. Nice and clean restaurant. 7 course menu with variable meals. Everything was both tastefull and smart looking. Excellent flavours, well combined together, presenting a nicely balanced cousine. Together with well chosen wine was this a experience that we can recommand to all that have been lucky to spend time in Süd-Tyrol. If you are around, do not hasitate to visit Presulis Lodge. Extra salut to the chef, that made the magic on our plates!
