We had dinner here last night. For starters I had the Prawn tempura and when they arrive the coating was soggy (not a light crispy batter) and the prawns were not deveined, which was very unappealing to look at. I had the rib eye for mains with over cooked frozen chips. Steak was your standard fair. My wife had the Cajun chicken burger and again nothing special complete with over cooked chips. To finish we shared a banana split which was nice. Overall service was great but food was below average.

4.5/103 starters came out very fast, then waited ages for main courses. Partner asked for his steak medium well and it came out raw inside, sent it back and the second once came out a little bit more well done but still bloody and quite pink. Took forever to get attention of the waiters. Overall all of the meals where pretty bland, far too over priced for meals that have no flavour

7/10The restaurant is lovely, the food was amazing, couldn’t fault it. The only issue we had was when we were greeted at the entrance the man seemed not too happy that we were there, we had booked and he asked to see my confirmation email before we were seated (there were several empty tables so unsure of the issue) the service was slow for the rest of the night, waiting 20 minutes for more drinks just for the order to come out with 2 missing (then waiting a further 15 minutes for them) The food did make up for it though!

10/10Reccomend by a friend who dines here multiple times a year. Excellent friendly service, quick taking orders and serve your drinks and food. We had a London and American burger and oh my god, what a burger. These had to be the best burgers we had ever tasted, period, served with fantastic chips and a side of a fantastic coleslaw. I would recommend this restaurant to any and everyone. We will definitely be going back on our next trip to Tenerife.

9/10When we arrived they had no record of our booking which was quite embarrassing considering we had invited friends to join us. We had to produce an email to prove we had a booking. Food tasty lovely by presentation wasn’t good. Ribs for starters had no sauce or garnish on them

5/10We waited an hour for our meal and the drinks were not even on the table when the steak came. Terrible service, really slow service and the waiters just ran in circles. Food avarage.

4/10Service was absolutely shocking. Sat there for 15 minutes before my husband had to call someone over to even take our drinks order. A waitress came to us with total attitude as if we’d annoyed her by not waiting. Took another 10 minutes to actually receive our drinks . Then took 45 minutes to bring our food. What should have been a nice evening was totally ruined as we didn’t even bother to try and get a dessert or another drink. I understand they was busy but we had pre booked our table and just think they take on too many covers for the amount of waiters . Safe to say we won’t be returning

3.5/10Staff do not care about customers and did not make time for us. I asked for one photo as i am on holiday and want to look back on memories and was told no. So definitely will not be back and will be telling others not to eat here

5/10Very miserable waiters and no one asked if we needed anything or how was the meal. Veg was cold as were the chips. Avocado starter was lovely as was the steak but the burger was rather bland. It was impossible to get a waiters attention

5/10Was to bland and tasteless. Thought with being a steak house it would of been really good but i was wrong. Had to get extra chips as was only about 8 on my plate. Not impressed and certainly wont be back. Highly disappointed

5.5/10Unfortunately all the food was really disappointing, it is not somewhere we would go again or recommend. Couldn’t eat the steak, strange taste and very tough/fatty. Staff were very friendly, but they forgot a dessert which we had to ask for another 2 times as the first waiter didn’t bring it after us telling them we were still waiting. Then we had to ask for the bill twice, as again, the first waiter must have forgotten.

5.5/10Not very welcoming on arrival person as the desk that seated people wasn’t very happy at all, food was ok but for the cost of it wasn’t great, vegan tables with the steak were too greasy.

10/10Great food! We shared the ribeye for 2 and the meat was perfectly cooked to our liking of medium rare; full of flavour too. Excellent value. Will return next time.

10/10So enjoyable. The food, the service and the overall ambiance were outstanding. The prices too were so reasonable. I will definitely return to Prime in the future and would recommend to anyone
