I really shouldn't give this restaurant all 5's because I want to keep it for myself! The food was absolutely delicious. We had steak, risotto, grilled vegetables and the patate al forno. Each dish was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Pro tip: We learned from a prior visit to order the steak more cooked (medium well) than we do in America (medium rare). The staff was welcoming and attentive, and they cared about you ordering something that you would really enjoy. They also make an awesome cocktail! The restaurant is clean, well maintained and perfectly Italian and homey. This is my favorite restaurant in Desenzano!
