The menu was executed with outstanding care and precision. Every course was delicious and unique. The side courses, such as the fabulous bread, the brioche with the butter quenelle enriched with maple syrup and salt, or the final granita with grapefruits crunchy bits and pulp, really a touch of class and art. The service was precise, kind and proactive to address our needs. A real experience!

Best food you will find in the Noto area, the best and friendliest service (staff is amazing really!!!) in a magic and elegant setting.

The location and the whole concept is amazingly beautiful. The menu and the food are top. The service staff is amazing, friendly and professional, the service in general was perfect. They are closing end of October that is a pitty.

I returned, with pleasure, because my children wanted to celebrate my birthday at the Prince of Belludia, what can I say? Exceptional team and staff, everything perfect and exciting, lovely atmosphere, thank you!

A georgeus oasis of peace and beauty. With attention to the smallest details, with meticulous research of materials, the San Corrado is a refined and elegant hotel, equipped with large spaces, with two breathtaking swimming pools. Excellent cuisine, very kind and attentive waiters staff. An unforgettable experience... the reality in this case exceeds the imagination.
