The quality of the food was outstanding, the choice of ingredients was unique (for us), and the resulting taste was excellent. This was definitely one of the best meals we have had in Portugal. On top of that, we received excellent advice on the wine selection to accompany the meal; we would not have chosen the wine recommended, but we are glad we listened to the advice given.

I loved the options... tasting menus or a la carte. The food was delicious and detailed, the service fantastic, and a lot of little "chef surprises" built in to delight. This was part of a larger stay at the hotel which did not disappoint.

Top notch service as one would expect with the connected 5*? hotel… Clearly a fair amount of attention to detail in the menus ,and absolutely nothing wrong with anything- just better value available in many of Aveiro’s top end establishments…

The food was fantastic, the wine pairings were fabulous and the sommelier was very knowledgeable and interesting. All the staff were friendly and kind and made our evening a delight - the added to the delight of the fabulous food!
