10/10An excellent restaurant. The food is fabulous and the owners are gracious and friendly. Prova Enoteca is o e of our favorite Lisbon restaurants.

10/10The range of food was amazing, and we were all very impressed with the quality. It was a lovely set menu including many local dishes that we may not have chosen ourselves, but were glad we got to try them. The wine recommendations were also spot on. All in a really nice evening, would definitely recommend.

10/10An exceptional evening awaits! This local restaurant offers everything made from scratch with love. The owners, a knowledgeable local couple, are experts in wine pairings and put meticulous attention to detail into every dish they serve. Don’t hesitate to give it a try- chorizo with onions, burrata, almond chicken and almond cake were standouts!

9/10Cosy wine shop with food. In a quiet, smart, leafy neighbourhood of Lisbon. Locals making up at least half the clientele - a good sign. Run by just two people - he a great front of house man, friendly, chatty and a font of knowledge on the wines he sells - she preparing simple but tasty food of great variety in the kitchen behind the counter at the back of the shop. Very relaxed vibe. Worth seeking out.

9.5/10It was a cozy atmosphere of only about 5 tables. The owners were the cooks and servers. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Made for a very intimate meal.

10/10Really nice cosy place, you can see that it is run by very dedicated couple. The owner has excellent wine knowlegde, and the dishes were something complately different that anywhere else. We enjoyed scallops, salat with grilled pear, octopus, soup and goergous desserts! Highly recomend that place!

10/10My wife and I had lunch here after touring Belém. We had a simple meal of chorizo (from northern Portugal) with onions, a steak sandwich, pimentos padroes, and two beers. It was well prepared, flavorful, and the service was spot on. The people running the place are very knowledgeable, warm, and efficient.

10/10I absolutely loved my experience at Prova-Enoteca. This husband and wife team exceeded my expectations. The wine was spectacular, the food perfectly prepared, and the environment cozy and calm. It felt like dinner with family, without all the chaos. Would definitely return to this place again. Well worth the trip to Belém.

10/10I can't say enough nice things about our experience dining here! It's quaint, a gem, friendly, fresh ingredients and off the beaten path. I flew in from the US to entertain clients in Lisbon and we selected the restaurant based on proximity from our hotel. We dealt with the owners, and they were excellent with planning preparation. When we arrived, they had a beautiful table set. The environment was beautiful, and the food was beyond spectacular. Not your average restaurant. Intimate, personal and friendly. The menu was amazing, food fresh and affordable. Whether you're a local, on vacation or business, please pop in and find time to unwind and dine here, you won't be disappointed!!! Definitely a fine dining experience, with excellent (local wine) and fresh ingredients! FIVE STARS!

10/10Outstanding food and service by a lovely husband and wife team. The husband handles the front while the superstar lady cooks for the entire restaurant by herself! As some one who’s worked in a kitchen I marveled at her ability to put out consistently excellent food in a small kitchen with no help. Was truly amazed. We had the fig salad, tuna ceviche, and veal medallion. All were amazing. A must try if you’re in Belem.

10/10Found this restaurant on the fork and was happy to see it was also recommended in Lonely Planet. Was by far one of the best restaurants we’ve dined in during our trip to Portugal. The owner was amazing and really made for a memorable experience. Incrivel e obrigado novamente!
