The chef went into a fit of rage lasting about ten minutes, screaming so loud the restaurant went silent. It was a misery. 150 euros per person for this uncomfortable situation.

Excellent bread, food, and wine pairing. Best bread I’v ever had. Very friendly service as well! The Sommelier was talented and the wine pairing definitely elevated the entire tasting menu! Dessert, however, was a little disappointing.

A beautiful restaurant with great service as you would expect from a Michelin restaurant. I felt the food was beautifully presented, but a little bit of sacrifice of great flavors. Nothing was truly crave worthy that I have to have again.

Great space, great service, food was not very great, very fishy would recommend saying your allergic to seafood, and what was good was just good, not worth 130 for 7 courses. (My taste buds: from the New Jersey/New York area, went to college in New Orleans).

We visited for lunch and had a fabulous time. The meal was wonderful from beginning to finish. The team at Pulejo work together seamlessly, each course of the tasting menu was creative and beautiful, as well as delicious, and the wines were paired perfectly. We enjoyed every morsel!

Very nice address for discovering another side of the Italian cooking, very refined experience. We were at first surprised to not be able to choose the 5 dishes composing our menu but it ended up just what we needed. Very reasonable prices for such quality in a European capital

Good food. We got the 5 course tasting menu, which worked for the adults (just enough food) but the two dishes that the teens liked were too small. There was also a 7 course tasting as well as a La carte menu. The lamb was very good, the risotto very al dente, which isn’t for me but the flavor is good. They accommodated all our many food allergies, which we appreciated.

Really enjoyable experience at Pulejo! We selected the tasting menu with 7 courses and 3 wine tastings, just perfect! Lots of inspiration from Italian/roman classic dishes with an inspired touch of creativity with unexpected combinations working really well, just prepare to be amazed. Service was impeccable too, strongly recommended.

A well merited Michelin star - creative dishes, perfectly seasoned. Cordial service, very attentive. Nice setting. Wine list is calculated very customer-friendly, though still list a bit short. Understandable as the place opened just a ear ago and is still working on building up a more comprehensive selection. This is also why "blue chips" listed are from very recent vintages, too young to drink. Best is to go for the seven course tasting menu and ask for the wine pairing!

A little restaurant in the Prati district, with sleek and tastefully subdued decor. We tried the 5-courses tasting menu, which was for the most part imaginative and pleasantly presented. In our opinion, however, there were some inconsistencies - as at least some dishes (such as the tubetto with broccoli, crab and truffle) were perhaps too bland and somewhat disappointing. The service is kind, but rather slow (it took 25+ minutes to receive our amuse-bouche) and a tad less precise than you would expect in such an establishment. This place has a great potential, and we will most certainly visit again in a while.

A truly fantastic experience whilst on holiday for my partners 40th birthday. Chef Davide is truly talented and dedicated to his art of cooking with emotion and precision. We were greated by the staff on arrival and received the highest quality in service. The decor and ambience of the restaurant was beautiful and we felt like we were in our own private dining experience tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The food was outstanding and the flavours and presentation were out of this world. I would highly recommend Pulejo to anyone visiting Rome and looking for something a little different and extra special to enjoy.
