The food, service , ambiance and the talented and darling chef were all perfect. We will return!!! We did the seven course chef’s menu and my husband sos the wine pairing. There were so many little surprises. Exquisite without going over the top to strange. So much value for a really respectful and reasonable price.

While the service was at par with what you'd expect it was EXTREMELY SLOW and the entire meal laster almost 4 hours, with such a big time gap between the dishes we were full mid way. For a dinner that start at 1930 you would expect a different pace. Not sure why, but my husband ended up throwing all the night after.

Again one of those hidden gems. You step inside and feel at home, enjoying the menu as it unfolds before you. This is not just „fine dining“ - no, this is an experience worth it. Menu, wine, service - it all falls into place like some well orchestrated play. It was a wonderful evening for us. Nothing to add.

Great service, stuff friendly just enough, food was really good, maybe a bit underwhelming the risotto and steak of the 5 course menu, the wines where great, just 1 of the pairing was a bit off for the 3 wines tasting option, overall great experience will be coming back.

This is among the best restaurants in Rome. The chef is a master and the staff allows the food to shine while they handle everything for each guest. This is a must-visit for any true food fan as the brilliance of the food, the beautiful design of each dish, and the overall experience is one that simply should not be missed when visiting the Eternal City.

The chef went into a fit of rage lasting about ten minutes, screaming so loud the restaurant went silent. It was a misery. 150 euros per person for this uncomfortable situation.

Excellent bread, food, and wine pairing. Best bread I’v ever had. Very friendly service as well! The Sommelier was talented and the wine pairing definitely elevated the entire tasting menu! Dessert, however, was a little disappointing.

A beautiful restaurant with great service as you would expect from a Michelin restaurant. I felt the food was beautifully presented, but a little bit of sacrifice of great flavors. Nothing was truly crave worthy that I have to have again.

Great space, great service, food was not very great, very fishy would recommend saying your allergic to seafood, and what was good was just good, not worth 130 for 7 courses. (My taste buds: from the New Jersey/New York area, went to college in New Orleans).

We visited for lunch and had a fabulous time. The meal was wonderful from beginning to finish. The team at Pulejo work together seamlessly, each course of the tasting menu was creative and beautiful, as well as delicious, and the wines were paired perfectly. We enjoyed every morsel!

Very nice address for discovering another side of the Italian cooking, very refined experience. We were at first surprised to not be able to choose the 5 dishes composing our menu but it ended up just what we needed. Very reasonable prices for such quality in a European capital

Good food. We got the 5 course tasting menu, which worked for the adults (just enough food) but the two dishes that the teens liked were too small. There was also a 7 course tasting as well as a La carte menu. The lamb was very good, the risotto very al dente, which isn’t for me but the flavor is good. They accommodated all our many food allergies, which we appreciated.
