I had the absolute pleasure of celebrating my birthday at Pulso by Eboca, and thanks to Raphael, it turned into one of the most memorable dining experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, Raphael made us feel genuinely welcomed and celebrated. His attention to detail, warmth, and impeccable service elevated the entire evening. He didn’t just serve our table — he curated an experience. Every recommendation was thoughtful, every interaction sincere, and he truly went above and beyond to make my birthday feel special. And the food itself was absolutely outstanding. The oxtail croquettes were hands-down the best I’ve ever had — perfectly crisp on the outside, rich and deeply flavourful on the inside. Don’t miss the sea bass or the steak! Then came the pistachio cheesecake — and wow. Without exaggeration, it was the best cheesecake I’ve ever tasted. Highly recommend this restaurant. We had amazing and attentive service. The food, from bread to appetizers, main entrees, dessert and drinks-all were delicious. We will definitely be back next time we are in Madrid.

Lovely hidden restaurant on Grand Via. Nice ambiance, service was great, a few small sharing plates were tasty and sufficient.(Croquettes) were very good. We had to wait for dessert but it was worth waiting for!

Loved the service here — all the staff were helpful, friendly and SO accommodating, and the food was excellent (we had the crispy pork belly for appetiser, followed by 30-day aged rib eye steak and slow cooked lamb shank — which fell of the bone — and then mango and coconut cheesecake AND fruit salad with violet ice cream for dessert!) Despite being quite an upmarket venue, prices were very reasonable and mitigated even further by the Fork discount! Order conservatively (unlike us, as we just wanted to try EVERYTHING) — portions are generous!
