The place is really nice with well selected decoration. Unfortunately when we went, there were only 4 tables with guests and there was no atmosphere at all. As for the dishes, they were either way too greasy or not enough.

Overall experience was good. Food was tasty except for the dessert which was kind of weird for all 3 of us.

Atmosphere were so elegant and cosy. Service was excellent especially our waiter. We were 6 women and wanted to have great experience which we did so much. The marvelous chef came to our table and greeted us with pleasure and warm welcome. Thank you so much.

+9The staff was on top of everything. They accommodated for food allergies. The food was creative and delicious. I did the wine pairing which was a fun addition to the cuisine. We saw the chef a couple times checking on guests, which is nice to see. We Shazammed the music, which is all that needs to be said about the ambiance.

Our experience was awesome. my wife and I did the five course tasting menu with wine pairing. The ONLY thing not over the top was dessert. The options were not what we expected. We were hoping for some crazy decadence chocolate thing. I can’t even recall what we had, but by then we were full and EXTREMELY satisfied with the entire experience. Great job Have already recommended to friends

Beautiful setting and great service The food was ok but nothing exceptional - especially considering the price. When I reserved I thoroughly explained our allergies and preferences, but when arriving to the restaurant they asked it all over again.

+1I had the 6 course menu, it was my first time in a Michelin restaurant and it was a delightful experience. Every dish is on its own a trip where the flavor of the ingredients comes in waves. Service was top notch from everyone including the host, sommelier, server that kindly explained the ingredients of every dish. My favorite item was the scallops, green mayo, rice with black squid ink, radish and matcha powder: I like that the flavor comes in waves, first you feel the matcha powder and then the softeness of the scallops, then you start feeling the green mayo and the radish, as I bite I feel the crunch of the rice in squid ink (tiny bit salty) and the extremely soft scallop moving in my mouth. It’s hard to express in words the feeling of every bite, you have to try it on your own. The head chef came and briefly said hi! I appreciate the gesture.

This restaurant is exceptional. The gniocchi with truffle was amazing. The consume that went with was really unbelievable. The Sevice was fantastic. They gave a present to my wife for my birthday. This was a really exceptional evening. 1st class restaurant. Is going to become a new favourite.

What can we say? James the Sommelier and the entire staff at Pur’ have done it again. A phenomenal experience from start to finish that included the best meal of my life. The staff is knowledgeable, the food is fantastic and the customer service is second to none. Everyone goes above and beyond to create a once in a lifetime experience, and most especially James. This restaurant is worth flying to Paris for. If you are in Paris do not miss out on this experience - it will be the highlight of your trip.

The food is very good but the price feels quite high for what amounts to minor innovations in new gourmet. The Park Hyatt hotel is lovely, and the dining space is well appointed, but it has no sense of surroundings. We felt as though we could have easily been in Las Vegas; Very attentive service. Skip the wine pairing - you'll do better a la carte.
