10/10Atmosphere were so elegant and cosy. Service was excellent especially our waiter. We were 6 women and wanted to have great experience which we did so much. The marvelous chef came to our table and greeted us with pleasure and warm welcome. Thank you so much.

10/10+9The staff was on top of everything. They accommodated for food allergies. The food was creative and delicious. I did the wine pairing which was a fun addition to the cuisine. We saw the chef a couple times checking on guests, which is nice to see. We Shazammed the music, which is all that needs to be said about the ambiance.

10/10Our experience was awesome. my wife and I did the five course tasting menu with wine pairing. The ONLY thing not over the top was dessert. The options were not what we expected. We were hoping for some crazy decadence chocolate thing. I can’t even recall what we had, but by then we were full and EXTREMELY satisfied with the entire experience. Great job Have already recommended to friends

7/10Beautiful setting and great service The food was ok but nothing exceptional - especially considering the price. When I reserved I thoroughly explained our allergies and preferences, but when arriving to the restaurant they asked it all over again.

10/10+1I had the 6 course menu, it was my first time in a Michelin restaurant and it was a delightful experience. Every dish is on its own a trip where the flavor of the ingredients comes in waves. Service was top notch from everyone including the host, sommelier, server that kindly explained the ingredients of every dish. My favorite item was the scallops, green mayo, rice with black squid ink, radish and matcha powder: I like that the flavor comes in waves, first you feel the matcha powder and then the softeness of the scallops, then you start feeling the green mayo and the radish, as I bite I feel the crunch of the rice in squid ink (tiny bit salty) and the extremely soft scallop moving in my mouth. It’s hard to express in words the feeling of every bite, you have to try it on your own. The head chef came and briefly said hi! I appreciate the gesture.

10/10This restaurant is exceptional. The gniocchi with truffle was amazing. The consume that went with was really unbelievable. The Sevice was fantastic. They gave a present to my wife for my birthday. This was a really exceptional evening. 1st class restaurant. Is going to become a new favourite.

10/10What can we say? James the Sommelier and the entire staff at Pur’ have done it again. A phenomenal experience from start to finish that included the best meal of my life. The staff is knowledgeable, the food is fantastic and the customer service is second to none. Everyone goes above and beyond to create a once in a lifetime experience, and most especially James. This restaurant is worth flying to Paris for. If you are in Paris do not miss out on this experience - it will be the highlight of your trip.

8.5/10The food is very good but the price feels quite high for what amounts to minor innovations in new gourmet. The Park Hyatt hotel is lovely, and the dining space is well appointed, but it has no sense of surroundings. We felt as though we could have easily been in Las Vegas; Very attentive service. Skip the wine pairing - you'll do better a la carte.

9/10Overall excellent dining experience. Service was excellent - presentation of the food is fantastic but flavors were too ambitious and overall food quality was very good but not awesome. My view is they are trying to be too ambitious with the menu. Truffles on the chanterelle pie were overkill and totally overwhelmed by the rest of the dish, The red lobster from Brittany was not as good as the Canadian lobster I had elsewhere in Paris. Squab is a peasant dish which is why you seldom see it, obviously a lot of talent in the kitchen but too many of the dishes confuse complexity with flavor and taste.

6/10I love the service and the food was delicious, I wish they had a choice or a different selection for the entree - Squab. Squab does not appeal to everyone and even though we ordered it medium well, it was rare and tough. My 3 daughters could not eat it. The other choices had excellent flavors and presentation. My biggest complaint is the very average hotel restaurant ambience which was slightly worn , and not nearly ans nice as the lobby and bar. Additionally, the wines were also underwhelming and repeated for two of the courses. At almost €400 per person, the ambience, selection and wine should have been extraordinary and even though the staff was lovely, sorry to say - it was not worth the cost.

9/10The quality of the ingredients is top notch, but the recipes are not overwhelming... It felt more like an attempt to create new flavors just for the sake of creating unusual flavors. We were not wowed by a single dish. The service was clean, but no one was particularly attentive to refill our waters when our cups were empty. For example, we had bread crumbs sitting on our table the whole meal, where in other restaurants waiters would have been prompt to clear the table every 2-3 dishes. The atmosphere is just simple and clean. It doesn't add to the experience. Very disappointed, especially for the price.

9/10The food was phenomenal, presentation was beautiful, and the service was close to perfect. The red lobster starter was big enough to be an entree. I can't say enough about how delicious the waygu beef was. The only major complaint is Pur charging 26 euro for 1 Coke Zero. I simply think that is absurd! Also, they poured my initial glass and, unlike refilling a wine glass, I was not given that service.

8.5/10Honestly the food was next level prop to the chef and the staff the resturant is inside a nice design quiet place nice vibe and all However 1 of the waiter that come to my table seem a bit nervousness and was wager to rush and tried to take my food befor i finish couple of time the Wich i understand you know if it's new a bit nervousness ok fine i worked in multiple expensive and less expensive wedding gardens however in such place also if the waiter it self it's not new i am sorry but i am but disappointed by the service itself
