I really enjoyed Putea - Sapore di Sud. I had the Carbo fassano roll and the Brisket Bowl and they were both delicious. The roll is similar to a Japanese roll but loaded with fassano, carbonara crème, guanciale rolled up in rice. I could have eaten 2 but I wanted to try the bowl with had the most tender and delicious beef brisket with a whisky BBQ sauce, roasted onions, avocado and a red cabbage coleslaw. You won’t be disappointed!
