10/10Excellent food, incredibly fresh fish, uniquely prepared, perfectly cooked and impeccably served. Friendly, relaxed, beautifully elegant decor. Romantic lighting and very quiet accoustic despite the room being full. Individual attention from the chef. Personal, attentive quiet care from the matre d' who speaks 4 languages: Dutch, English, French, German. Well worth driving a distance for. Amsterdammers take note. !

9.5/10Fabulous evening! Each dish is a work of art beautifully paired with the perfect original wine. I particularly admired the ravioli stuffed with lobster served with a few vegetables. The wine from LES DEUX LUNES was great. I loved the skate, perfectly cooked and seasoned. The POUILLY FUISSE white wine was great. . I am french and very demanding on quality. All the ingredients were topnotch fresh and preparation was to die for.

The intimate dine style Master chef Imko Binnerts has started a new restaurant in villa de Klugte. The beautiful hotel rooms leaning against the dunes form the decor of a cosy, personal and intimate dine experience. The concept is "fish without compromise". Pure flavours from the sea that go perfectly with the wines picked out by the hostess.
