Great experience. The location is amazing, the food is beautifully cooked. Definitely recommend the Pasta with ragù di moscardini. The staff at this restaurant are exceptional. They're always attentive, ready to assist, and never forget any request. Plus, the wait time is minimal. Highly recommended!

Fabulous. Excellent food quality, you could taste the freshness of the ingredients and the preparation was simple but elegant and tasteful. The bistro version of the Michelin starred restaurant next door, that I may try if the occasion arises but this was great, at a fraction of the price. Keep in mind portions are not small. Interesting and ample wine list at very fair prices. Good atmosphere, on the river side. A true gem.

Staff & Management are welcoming and efficient as ever. Food also excellent as always. Very reliable wine list. When we are staying at or near FCO for a morning flight, we count on QuarantunoDodici for a very good meal the night before.

What a great experience in Fiumicino. I was there fir a meeting two months ago and I had dinner at the 4112 restaurant. I came back several times and it was always great. Fish of any kind and good prices

We were visiting Italy from the US. I was looking for a nice place to celebrate my husbands birthday, but near the airport, as we had an early flight. WOW, did I pick the right place!! Absolutely outstanding food, and super friendly service. I highly recommend eating here!

The place is on the edge of the river, surrounded by boats.sitting outside is really nice. The dishes are excellent selection of fish and seafood. We had 5 main courses all excellent fair prices. Free parking. Recommended

We’ve been to 4112 a couple of times and have never been disappointed. Food is great, not pretentious but sophisticated at the same time; location is laid back, fun (restaurant overlooks the marina) and perfect for a summer weekend getaway. Service is good, waiters are professional and kind, nice touch to the overall experience. This one is definitely to be recommended.

Great fish and seefood restaurant by the Tiber river, close to Ostia Antica and the Fiumicino airport. The Chef offers a very nice assortment of the day-by-day best arrivals of fresh fish. Excellent!! Perfect stop for lunch on the way to the airport from Rome. A bit tricky to find in the Fiumicino marina (take a taxi), but definitely worth the effort.

Top quality! One of the best places around Rome to eat fish. We had to wait and they were slightly unorganised due to new staff. But location and food brought this on a second side. Mr Usai confirms historic excellence.
