We visit the restaurant for the second time. The meat is delicious. I asked for a good wine and the waiter advised us the cheaper barbaresco instead of the more expensive barolo. I think that’s very fair. The wine was great. We will be back. Thx Sebastiano&Fam

Fabulous meat restaurant with very obliging team. Couple of the ordered drinks never materialised, despite a number of reminders- they were full and very busy though! Great wine recommendations too.

I decided to take my two teens out to dinner and treat them to something different from pizza or hamburgers. Since the restaurant is specialized in meat we had steak (enterecote) and grilled ribs (asado argentino), with jacked potatoes. We also tried Uovo 60° which was a pleasant surprise: a slightly cooked egg on a bed of mashed potatoes with melted cheese in between. Panna cotta and a chocolate mousse for dessert. Everything was excellent. Best of all, the dishes we chose were gluten free, so no-one felt left out. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will go again.

One of the best restaurants around. Have never had a bad meal - all of the plates are excellent as is the wine list. Waiters are very friendly and helpful.

This was the best meat experience in Liguria since I started living here 4 years ago. The quality of the meat was excellent so as the cooking. Friendly staff. I would recommend this place!

The reception: By the chef: Disappointing. Even though we had a reservation, he didn't seem interested in greeting guests, just waved us to the next table at the entrance (no sign that the table was reserved) and disappeared immediately. The staff seemed more interested in their business and were friendly. The food was ok, the appetizer of salad and burrata was good, the main course could have been much better: The restaurant: It's a Finalborgo fast food with a high turnover of guests. The burger (served warm, not hot, as well as the grilled vegetables: cold) fries not available due to broken equipment. The burger was served without bun ...

Bruno is an excellent host and his meat is simply amazing. We were a group of 10 people and we’ve had a great time in his restaurant. We can’t miss Un Quarto di Bue when we are in the beautiful Finalborgo. Strongly suggested!

Fantastic service and outstanding food. Our go-to place in Finale. Meat is cooked to perfection and their wines are incredible. Highly recommended!

If you are in the area please visit this restaurant. The staff were lovely the food amazing. The menu is In Italian but they will help you, nothing is to much trouble. I would reserve a table in summer seasons as it get very busy. One of the best meals we have had in Italy.
