I visited Quest for brunch today, and while the food was quite good, the overall experience was disappointing. The biggest downside was the service—the staff seemed completely indifferent, with little to no care for the clients. There was no warmth or attentiveness, which really took away from the experience. Additionally, the place was extremely noisy, making it difficult to have a conversation or simply enjoy the meal. The atmosphere felt chaotic rather than cosy. It’s a shame because the food itself was enjoyable, but the lack of service and the overwhelming noise make it hard to recommend to others.

The food was great, but the service was terrible. They didn't have the table reserved for us when we got there, food took AGES to arrive, Then, when we were done, we asked for a cinnamon roll and that also took like 20 minutes, meanwhile, our table was sitting with all the empty plates there with no intention of cleaning it up. They did offer a 100% discount in a couple items to make up for the mess with the reservation, but it still felt like they're just... running around taking one cup at a time to big tables while ignoring everything else.

we were there for an hour and a half and they told us we needed to leave because there was another reservation. we were not informed beforehand. i’ve been to quest before and this never happened… it was upsetting

This was not my first time going for brunch at Quest, but unfortunately we did not have the best experience towards the end. The food was delicious as always, but the service was a bit slow - we were a big group on a Saturday, so totally understandable. The only thing to point out, was that they asked us to pay because they needed the table for another big group coming, even though people were still finishing their meal and coffee. We felt a bit rushed and pressured to finish but besides that the experience was enjoyable.

The food was good, unfortunately they removed Shepherd's Pie from the menu. On the other hand, the service changed a bit since last time we were there, not so friendly and helpful, it was very cold outside and for some reason the door was open, which led to us feeling cold inside, upon asking to close the door, our request was simply ignored. Also we were just informed that we had to leave in 10 minutes because the table was booked, they could have at least told us that we needed to leave before a certain time and not rush to leave. Overall a place that was somewhat different than other cafes, turned to be a bit of the same instagramable place.
