8/10As I already mentioned, there are lots of Ramen places in Barcelona. Most of them are part of chains, actually, so their menu and their flavors are pretty standard and I'm getting tired of always eating the same thing. Luckily, there are few places that are still independent, like Ramen Dou. It looks a lot like Takumi Ramen, but it's not Takumi ramen. Nevertheless, the menu is quite colorful (too many pictures!) and extensive, with lots of options, which is not always a good sign because good ramen means good broth, which means long hours of cooking, etc. But I must say the broth of the ramen I had and the pasta were excellent. The rest of the ingredients were more standard, my egg was half a hard boiled egg and the chashu was a little too dry. What I particularly liked about my ramen is that, even though it was a spicy one, I didn't spend the whole evening sweating as it happens too often. So congrats on that! ???? For €13, we ate enough, we didn't need anything else but we didn't feel too full either. The service was good and not too pushy even though we took our time to order. Overall, that was not such a memorable experience but still a satisfying dinner. 10/10Manager was extremely polite and accommodating to me and my friend. Ramen was delicious. He even offered us a sake shot at the end of our meal. Will definitely be returning!
