9.5/10definitely non-authentic ramen noodles and soup, but it was still enjoyable in its own way. one of the older staff was also VERY rude (rolled his eyes at us, etc) but the other staffs were much nicer so they made up for that. owner please look into the staff’s attitude.

9.5/10Excellent ramen restaurant in the center of Madrid. The service was quick and friendly at all stages, even when the restaurant was busy. The portions were all very reasonable. And most importantly, everything that we got (takoyaki, edamame, ramen) was quite tasty. The only thing to note would be that the tables are a bit small. At one point, between the menus, drinks, and food, we barely had room left. But it's a small minus.

2/10Fast Food place to avoid. Not great taste. Tonkotsu tasted like water. We cancelled an order literally 10 second after and it has been billed. Woman at the cashier doesn't know how to deal with clients.

6.5/10Giving 3 stars because of the very welcoming staff, clean environment, good location and food (not the best, but nice!), otherwise I’d give less for what happened. Good things first: a good way to drop by is to book a table via the app The Fork in advance (at least some hours earlier, but maybe, depending on the availability and time of the year, it’ll be better if you can book it on the previous day). We got 50% discount for a table for 2 at 12:30pm. Unfortunately, there was a very poor point: a matter of honesty. Piece of advice: ⚠️ Don’t pay the bill as soon as it arrives⚠️ Take 1-2 minutes to double check what they’re charging you! In our case, we had to rush a little from the restaurant to an appointment, so we trusted them. Definitely don’t! I tell you why: later on, on the same afternoon, we found out there was a difference between the prices shown on the menu (we took pics of the menu to post them in here) and the higher prices they charged us on the bill. For example: the desert mochi was 3,50€ each on the menu, but on the bill it was 4,50€. And more: we asked 3, but they “forgot” to apply the 50% discount to 1 of them on purpose. At the end of the day, it’s not worth it if you have to pay full price! Maybe, I’ll get back here one day this year, but we’re going to be very aware of double checking everything they’re charging us before paying.

6.5/10The ramen was good, but unfortunately not special enough to repeat it. We had to wait a while to get served and when the waiter was filling up our glasses with wine, the bottle ended and it resulted in the second glass having muuuch less wine than the other one :( The ambience was very nice tho!

6/10Loved the interior, atmosphere, and service, however the food was not up to par. The tonkotsu broth is not very rich, while the meat was dry and as tough as boot leather, very strange.
