10/10Relaxed and classy - servers were attentive and friendly. Nothing was too much. You need to book - all tables were reserved. Choice of food was extensive- specials were worth a look. Did not disappoint in any way . Prices were very reasonable . Don’t hesitate to come here!

9.5/10I had a wonderful meal last night at Rapala! The food was delicious, everything was fresh and tasty. The ravioli stuffed with amberjack has been my favourite dish so far on this trip! The staff was great, happy to help with suggestions and with wine pairings. Just a really nice evening.

10/10I'd found this restaurant via a review on Trip Advisor. Booked a few weeks in advance & even though it was a Wednesday night every table was full by 8pm. We had a first course of pasta (seafood & a Preston one) followed by second course of steak & fish. The fish was served in a jar. We spent €105 on 2 courses plus a bottle of wine. With bread & a local speciality which involved anchovies & sparkling water which were then fried I think thrown in. Was a lovely meal & would certainly recommend. Staff were happy to answer our questions & spoke to each customer with exactly the same enthusiasm

9.5/10What a find - thanks to previous reviewers for leading us here. Warm welcome, friendly and professional service, excellent and distinctive menu, and top-quality food. They even have half-bottles on their wine list. Highly recommended - don’t think of going anywhere else in Rapallo (but do make a reservation: it is popular!)

4.5/10We had the local fish with vegetables. The fish was tasteless. We had to add olive oil, salt and pepper to make it edible. Not even a small slice of lemon was on the plate.

Dear customer, the cooking of the fish you have chosen is steamed, we apologize for the lack of olive oil, as you mentioned. As for the lemon and pepper, the choice is personal. Many customers don't like it At her request, she was served. Thank you

10/10We first visited Rapala 6 years ago and recently went back there again. The food is still as fabulous today as it was before. Beautiful, unfussy, fantastically fresh and simply delicious! Highly recommended. Do not visit Rapallo without dropping by!

10/10Some of the best pastas we’ve had lately: the oansotti di zucca (pumpkin ravioli) and paccheri alla crema di fave and moscardini (short pasta with faca bean cream and baby octopus) we’re out of this world. Excellent price quality; charming terrace in the center town. Highly recommended!
