My kids love Indian food, so we took them here for their birthday dinner. The hostess acted like they did not have our reservation made through 'thefork', even though I showed the hostess the confirmation on my phone. It seemed they had no idea what 'thefork' was, and we were made to feel like we had done something incorrectly. They did not offer any drinks before they took the order for food. The food was good, but service was slow the rest of the evening. The waitress seemed to forget that we existed after she brought the meal, and we had to ask twice for extra nan bread. We were done the meal for a good 10 minutes and the waitress walked past us without acknowledgement or even a glance on 3 separate occasions. My kids were getting restless so my wife took them home while I sat at an empty table for 5 more minutes. I had to wave for another waiter to pay the bill. Nobody acknowledged me on the way out. Sadly, the restaurant was not even busy, now I see why. In short, good food, bad service.
