5/10The cleaning needs to be improved; bar was untidy and toilet facilities equally untidy. Food was below par and did not fit on the plate so it was not practical to eat with a knife and fork. Needs more staff, one person manning the bar, taking orders and waiting meant more delays👎 However , Sam was great and did her best to make us feel special . She was very hospitable.

Thanks for your feedback and we can only apologise if you did not enjoy your experience. Note that the toilets are cleaned daily and checked hourly, but if one customer decides to leave it a mess before you use it then this out of our control. In reference to one person on the floor this is what unfortunately happens when another team member fall sick. We do our best to keep the place open and not close. I’m glad Sam was a great host and I’m glad you mentioned her name. But honestly this feels like you came to judge us on the rest room facilities and the bar. Appearance.

2/10This place is not dog friendly at all. If the child says they don’t want dog near them, then we declined to eat out this place even there was plenty space for other seats. Also seems very slow service and people working there treated us like trash. It’s very pity that we couldn’t have chance to dinner here.

I actually recall you coming in and there were no other seats available for you to sit. May I ask if your child was afraid of dogs and you were at a restaurant and they asked if your child would be comfortable if a dog was on a neighbouring table, and your child said no., and even started to panic at the thought would you be happy for the dog to be in the neighbouring table? We have let many pets into our restaurant but the rules are for pets if someone in a neighbouring table who was there before the dog is not comfortable (adult or child)

6.5/10Cute & quaint with a Jamaican vibe. Extremely dissappointed with the oxtail dish which was of mostly a bunch of bones in thick gravy. The sever did provide a 10% discount on bill but given the dish was 30 euro, I expected much more in quality. Service in general was a bit unprofessional and slow. Very cliche for a Jamaican restaurant which I dont think needs to be the case. We were told 30 mins after ordering that the kitchen was out of 3 dishes. The jerk chicken was tasty but a bit dry. Overall, an ok experience if you dont typically eat Jamaican food, but for me- I will have to pass.

4.5/10Unfortunately, we were incredibly disappointed by our meal. It took approximately 20 minutes to be served, following by 45 minutes waiting time for our food. When the food was served, we waited approximately 5-7 mins for our cutlery so could not get started until then. While most of the food looked appetising, everything lacked flavour. The jerk chicken did not have any flavour and the macaroni cheese was really overcooked (making the macaroni fuse together more like a pie). The atmosphere on the other hand is amazing, great music and beautiful decor. It’s a shame the food and service wasn’t better quality. We won’t be returning although we shared feedback with the owner who indicated they would take our thoughts on board.

Het sfeer was leuk, eten was heerlijk. Bediening was lief en behulpzaam. The atmosphere was fun, entertaining music played. Food was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful.

8/10Very nice inside the restaurant. Food was good overall, but they didn’t have multiple of the menu items we tried to order. We booked with a fork discount and confirmed the reservation when we arrived, but the discount was not on the bill - we had to request it. And even then we were told only main dishes would be discounted, not the additional food items we’d ordered such as appetizers. On the fork it just said x% off food. If they only plan to discount the main dishes, this needs to be made clear via the Fork or at least should be told before ordering.

Don’t be discouraged by the riff raff in the area, this spot is fully worthwhile! Jerk chicken takes me straight back to summers at Notting Hill carnival. The oxtail was crazy juicy and sweet potato fries are the best I’ve had in the country. Looking forward to my next visit!

2/10we arrived at reggae ritas for our reservation, the waitress took our order twice because she was unsure of what we ordered, there was no live music or carribean vibe as advertised, rita was sat down playing games on her phone and didn't interact with us or her staff, our overpriced food was cold. The sorrell drink was very weak and there were no desserts available... My dining partner who is jamacian, was very underwhelmed, we both left very disappointed and out of pocket. We will not be eating here again on any return trips!
