Recommended by a Foodie friend, I am now highly recommending this place. It is a cooking school and the students serve you. Their mentors may demonstrate certain skills but they are training these young enthusiasts to work in high end restaurants: they place your napkins using serving spoons. Food is fabulous and the students are very attentive. For a leisurely lunch or dinner surrounded by local patrons, (we were the only “tourists”), this is a great place to go when you are not rushed. And the value is truly amazing, just be ready to offer your honest feedback to the maître d’ and the head chef (both in training).

This is a hospitality school restaurant. We got to take a tour of the kitchen amd meet the student chef of th day. The food was good and they asked our option on the dishes. I would definitely go back.
