The food was okay, but nothing that got us really excited, especially considering the price. The acoustics were very bad, and the staff, barring one young woman who was very sweet, were kind of rude and seemed annoyed that we only came for mains and didn't want wine after a long day. It's not a terrible place, but definitely not living up to the price point.

The service was a little off hand and could have been friendlier. Vegetables with a fish main course were overcooked and mushy. Boeuf Bourginon was disappointing and one dimensional, served with tagliatelle and no vegetables. The beef was tender but a bit dry. The sauce in both dishes was gloopy. The wine was excellent.

they didn't mind having a main dish only. I wanted a quality meal, but didn't want to miss my train either. Guillaume is situated at half way from the train station to the old ville city centre. the regional beef steak was delicious.

We made last minute reservations online with no difficulty. The restaurant was within easy walking distance from our hotel. The staff were attentive and accommodating. The food was beautifully prepared in typical French fashion. The dining area decor and ambience made for a memorable dining experience.

Rare good restaurant opened on Monday. Mainly tourists clients! Good food with local cuisine. Located in Dijon main street. Nice decoration. Staff payed very part trying to smile! Professional! I recommend

The restaurant was busy and had a nice atmosphere. The serving staff were very good bar the lady running the place. She looked like she’d rather be somewhere else. Very brusque on arrival and only reimbursed the kirs ( which she had ordered when I showed her the voucher provided by our hotel ) when I raised the matter. Apparently that offer no longer applies. Perhaps they should let the hotel montchapet know that! Otherwise a good meal and open on Monday which few restaurants in Dijon are.
